Living in Wisconsin, I have noticed the weather forecasts are highly inaccurate. The predictions change constantly, making it challenging to rely on them. For instance, today it's sunny despite an 86% chance of thunderstorms forecasted. Yesterday, similar misleading information led to a forecasted inch of rain, but only a quarter inch fell. The unreliable forecasts make planning around the weather frustrating. It's vital for those of us who depend on accurate weather information for daily activities to have more reliable forecasts.

We signed up for a subscription with you a couple of months ago on our living room TV. However, we have been unable to program the weather app on our new TV in another room. We forgot our password and despite several attempts to reset it, we have been unsuccessful. Our numerous emails to you requesting assistance have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated with only partial access to the subscription we are paying for. We are eager to resolve this issue promptly so we can fully utilize the services we are paying for. Despite multiple emails over several weeks, we are still unable to set up the other TVs in our home. Your swift assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed that Hurricane Ian was consistently referred to as a Category 4 during your segment with Governor DeSantis, despite statements made by him and Jim Cantore about it being a Category 5. According to Wikipedia, Hurricane Ian was classified as a Category 5 storm. I have local news pictures showing winds of [redacted] mph, just short of a Category 5, as the storm passed over our community. It is crucial for accuracy that this information is acknowledged and the map comparing hurricane landfalls be corrected to reflect that Hurricane Ian was, in fact, a Category 5 storm.

I appreciate the weather updates on Google Chrome, but I feel the videos promoting vaccines and climate change are too political. It would be great to see non-political content included. Climate change and vaccine safety are controversial topics for many people, and promoting them as facts can be divisive. It would be more beneficial to offer a variety of perspectives instead of pushing specific beliefs. People are becoming more aware and may not trust information presented in this way. It would be wise to respect differing viewpoints to avoid alienating the audience.

I purchased a subscription to The Weather Channel, but my password stopped working after May 17th, when I got the subscription. Due to plumbing issues and subsequent surgery, I couldn't reach out for help, and I couldn't access The Weather Channel. Despite emailing customer service, the directions provided were not suitable for my Roku Express. For seven months, starting from May 17th, [redacted], I couldn't watch the channel even though I had paid. Roku refunded me for two months, but I am still waiting to be refunded for the remaining five months. As a disabled senior, I rely on the refund. The monthly cost was $2.99 through Roku, and I am requesting The Weather Channel to reimburse the remaining $15.00 for the service I couldn't access. Thank you. - Janet B.
