The Shop Company Customer Service Issues

Hello, I recently received 2 dress forms from this company. I encountered some issues with one of the forms while assembling it. For the size 12 form, I noticed several differences compared to the size 6 form: a missing finial piece, inadequate packaging, a damaged pole at the top, a chunk missing from the iron base, and misaligned twin triangles making assembly impossible. I initially reached out about the missing finial piece, and although the other pieces were present, I am unable to assemble the size 12 form due to the misalignment of the twin triangles. I was planning on purchasing more sizes after trying these forms, but I am now unsure how to proceed given the issues I am facing. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter.
