I recently received my online order, but I need to return multiple items. There were (4) bags in total, but none of them had the necessary return shipping labels included. Even though the shipping invoice and packaging slips were in the package, the return labels were missing. The website instructs to follow a specific process to return items, but without the return labels, I am unable to proceed with the return.

Order # FAF2F649D6. I ordered 5 flashlights with rechargeable batteries and a charger but only received the flashlights without the batteries or charger. I filed a claim with PayPal, but they denied it, stating that since I received the flashlights, they consider the order fulfilled. The problem is that without the rechargeable batteries and charger, the flashlights are essentially useless. This is not about the money but rather the principle of a company not fulfilling the complete order as requested.
