I've been trying to renew my subscription to The Guardian Weekly for delivery in Canada, but your website is not responding properly. When I click "subscribe," the page does not move on to the next step. This issue has also been experienced by my friends on different devices. I called customer service and was informed about the webpage problems. As a loyal subscriber for sixty years, not being able to renew my subscription is concerning. Can I still renew it over the phone? Please assist me with this matter.

We recently received a booklet of personalized vouchers two weeks before our current ones expire. We now want to switch to a digital subscription and noticed that we were already charged for the next set of vouchers on June 29th. We would like a refund for that amount and have it applied towards the digital subscription instead.
