Hello The General,
I appreciate the reminder. I am writing to inquire about the sudden increase in my annual premium. I feel like I am being taken advantage of, and it is concerning. I have discussed this with my lawyer, who suggested I contact you first for clarification.
Last year, my monthly premium for my Nissan was a maximum of $[redacted]. Following an accident in December where I was deemed not at fault according to the police report, I was expecting my insurance not to be affected. I personally obtained this confirmation from District 4 police station. However, I am now experiencing a significant spike in my insurance premium, which is troubling.
If this inflated premium is not adjusted to the previous rate by the end of March, I will pursue legal action. It is unjust that despite being a good student, your platform does not offer any benefits like other insurance companies, including no COVID-19-related assistance. This sudden rise in premium feels like exploitation, and I am considering switching to a more supportive insurance provider.
Sincerely,
Idowu

Agent Loretta from your office quoted me incorrectly for an auto policy. After calling to get a new quote as mine had lapsed, we discussed my driving record. Despite mentioning three additional tickets, she initially provided a quote of $[redacted]. When I called back today, she quoted me a higher price as if the prior conversation hadn't taken place. I am disappointed by this misleading practice and request a review of our calls and a follow-up email. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was recently in an accident on June 7, [redacted], where the other driver was at fault. At the time, I was driving my roommate's truck and was covered by The General insurance as I didn't have a vehicle then. Even though my license was valid, when I tried to update my address at the BMV after purchasing a car, I found out it was suspended due to a lack of insurance coverage on the date of the accident. The BMV advised me to have the insurance company send a Certificate of Compliance to lift the suspension and pay a $[redacted] fine. Despite contacting the Underwriters division who confirmed they sent the certificate, the BMV still hadn't received it. I'm worried because my license remains suspended, and the BMV staff didn't provide me with confirmation or their employee ID numbers. I'm frustrated and concerned about the situation, as I have proof of insurance coverage from The General at the time of the accident. I need urgent help to resolve this issue and feel let down by The General.
