Hello, I am Ayush Kumar Giri. I have ticket number [redacted]. I registered my product for pickup and replacement, a Boat Bassheads [redacted]. The package was delivered to Imagine Marketing. Typically, they take 2-3 days to replace the product, but it has been 12 days since they received my product, and there has been no action. I have not received any messages or emails from them, and they are not answering my calls. I am concerned that they may be trying to deceive me.

I purchased the Boat Rockerz [redacted] in May, and the experience has been unpleasant from the start. The first product I received was defective as the battery didn't work. The replacement I received also got damaged; now, the right side earphone is not working. I returned the product, and a new replacement was issued on October 3rd, but I have not received it yet. When I call customer care, I can't connect to any executive; the call is always put on hold. I am extremely disappointed by the customer service provided.

I sent my Boat Rockers [redacted] for replacement over a month ago, and I have not received any updates. Despite being assured of a reply within 4 working days via email, I am still waiting for a response. I have also tried reaching out through emails and phone calls, but to no avail. This service delay is extremely frustrating, and I expect my product to be replaced promptly. Boat is the first company where I have encountered such delays. I have the right to a timely replacement for a product I have paid for. My ticket number is [redacted]. I hope to hear back soon and have my replacement processed promptly. If not, I will have to consider legal action. Thank you.

I purchased 2 boat articles in one order, one Boat Basshead [redacted] and one Boat Rockers Renewed [redacted] wireless. However, I only received the invoice for the Boat Rockers Renewed [redacted], not the Basshead [redacted]. Unfortunately, I'm experiencing issues with the Basshead [redacted] earphones as both sides are not working. I need to file a complaint and claim warranty, but without the invoice for the [redacted] model, I'm uncertain how to proceed. I made the purchase on Amazon on November 29, [redacted].

I recently purchased a watch from your store which had a connectivity issue. I took it to your service center where I was given a different scratched watch that belonged to someone else. I contacted customer support, and they arranged for a pick-up, which took place on 10-7-21. However, the replacement watch I received was also not the one I was supposed to get. I spoke to Ankush Sharma who promised a status update in two days, but I have not received any further information despite multiple calls to your support team on 12-7-21. My conversations with Pravin and Rohit were unhelpful and even aggressive. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I ordered BOAT AIRDOPES [redacted] from your official website and completed the payment with my card. However, upon receiving the order after 3-4 business days, I found out that I had been sent the wrong product - a smartwatch worth [redacted] instead of the AIRDOPES [redacted] that I had ordered for [redacted]. I have reached out to your official Gmail and made several phone calls but only managed to speak with Miss Twinkle who provided me with a complaint number, [redacted]. She assured me that the issue would be resolved, and a boy would come to pick up the wrong product for a refund by Monday. Unfortunately, no one showed up and there has been no further communication. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BOAT. Kindly acknowledge this matter by sending a confirmation email to [redacted] or contacting me at +91 [redacted]. I am eager to know if I will receive the correct order or a refund.

I have a boat Aavante bar [redacted] 260w Bluetooth soundbar that I use at home. It's connected to my TV via Bluetooth. Recently, the soundbar disconnected from the TV after about an hour of use. The light on the soundbar that indicates it's working stopped showing, but the subwoofer is still functioning. Without the light, it's hard to know if the soundbar is working properly. The absence of the light has made it difficult for me to troubleshoot the issue. I really need help to resolve this problem.
