TennisExpress.com Customer Service Issues

I recently applied for a $10 digital gift card after receiving a promotional email. However, upon applying, I was informed that my information had already been used to secure a $10 digital gift card. Although it's possible I may have done this in the past, I believe I have not used it. If you could check my previous orders, that would be appreciated. If I did have the unused card, it would have been in my email, which was recently deleted due to a job change. I am unable to retrieve it now. Could you please verify if I have used the gift card and, if not, resend it? I want to ensure I am not trying to exploit the system, and I will accept your findings. Thank you for your help.

Dear Customer Service, I bought tennis shoes almost a month ago with UPS 2nd Day Air and have not received them yet. Tennis Express did not communicate any delays or update me on my order status. I called customer service two weeks ago and was told my shoes were on back order, arriving in about 10 days. However, I was not informed about the back order during the purchase. My order is still marked as "...In Progress" with no change. I reached out on the customer service page without a response. I attempted to call yesterday and today, but no one answered. My order number is [redacted]. I am eagerly waiting for my shoes and need an immediate update on the expected delivery date. Thank you, Rahul M.
