I am seeking assistance for a group member who owns a Telikin. She is part of our weekly study group that gathers on Zoom. Unfortunately, she is experiencing heavy feedback from her device, which has led us to ask her to mute herself completely. As a result, she can no longer actively participate. When she tries to speak, the sound is distorted, making it difficult for others to comprehend her due to the feedback noise. Despite our efforts, we have been unable to resolve this issue. Any advice on potential solutions to address this ongoing problem would be greatly appreciated.
