I'm reaching out about an issue I'm having with my seller account on Teespring. About a month ago, I created an account using my Hotmail.fr email address and linked it to PayPal. However, I've forgotten the password and resetting it hasn't worked. Even when I create a new password, it says my username (Hotmail.fr address) is incorrect. I'm unsure if this is due to too many login attempts or if Hotmail.fr addresses are not supported.
I've since created a new account using a Gmail.com address that I now consider my main account. However, because my PayPal is linked to the inaccessible Hotmail account, I can't connect it to my new account. I need help accessing the Hotmail account to remove my PayPal and delete the Teespring account, allowing me to focus solely on my new Gmail account. This will help me fully utilize my creations and potentially make sales with my PayPal properly linked.

Hello, I recently made a purchase of t-shirts in both adult and child sizes. However, I noticed that the print on the child-sized t-shirts is significantly smaller in comparison to the adult ones, even though it's the same design. I reached out to the store owner, who also acknowledged that the printing did not match the online representation as expected. This is quite disappointing for me, especially because these shirts are intended for a dance recital scheduled on June 18th. Reordering them might not be feasible due to the time constraints. I have attached a photo of the two shirts for your reference. On another note, during transportation, I left the shirts in my car, and the child-sized shirts have inexplicably developed yellow spots, which is a new issue for me. I am sincerely disappointed with these discrepancies.

I made a purchase with teespring.com on December 4th, [redacted], and the payment was deducted from my checking account on December 5th. However, when I check the order status, it only shows as "in production" with the last update on December 5th. I am unable to find any contact information to confirm if the order is legitimate and when it will be shipped. This is a Christmas present, so the delay is quite disappointing. I am ready to provide my order details once I receive a response.

This morning, I tried to create a product on my Teespring account, but the launcher was not working after more than 10 attempts. Concerned about a possible issue, I logged out and tried to log back in. Despite entering the correct email, password, and captcha, the login button did not respond. After clicking multiple times, I only received a message saying the captcha was not valid. Refreshing the page numerous times did not resolve the issue. Surprisingly, I could log in on my mobile but not on my Mac. This situation is causing me a lot of stress. I hope the Teespring team can address and fix this issue promptly.

I placed an order for 4 t-shirts on December 24th at 6:43 PM Eastern Time. I used the promo code "JONAH" with sellers from "Little Light Ministries." I completed the payment information but did not receive an order confirmation. Instead, I received a message from the 'Wayback Machine' indicating that the website does not exist. After several attempts, I was informed that the website is updating and currently unavailable. I haven't received an email confirmation for my order. Can you please check on my order status and ensure that the shirts will be sent as requested? Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received some T-shirts as Christmas gifts, manufactured by TeeSpring. Unfortunately, I noticed that on a few of them, the screen prints didn't fully transfer or washed away significantly after the first wash. I reached out to "The Vinyl Shop (Silent Service Products)" and was directed by Robert Baiza to contact TeeSpring about the T-shirt quality issues. I have pictures of the problematic T-shirts that I can share with you. Spending over $35.00 per shirt, including shipping, I had higher expectations for the product quality and durability. As a retired US Navy Sailor, I value good quality products, and I am quite disappointed with my recent T-shirt purchase experience.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to share that I am a creator for Rise and Reign official, and I have been encountering an issue for the past few days on the design and product listing page. Every time I try to list a product, I receive an error message saying, "Oops, you've hit an unknown error, please contact our support team."
I have attempted to resolve this on three different computers, and I am confident that my designs meet all the necessary requirements. I even tried creating some new designs to see if the issue was specific to certain designs, but the problem persists.

I am frustrated with the continuous back and forth emails with the same person on my account. So far, there have been 54 exchanges where I am being instructed to click on a verification button and enter a code provided, although I couldn't find where to input it. Despite my efforts and sharing email copies, the technical support found no issues. After hours of unproductive communication, I am still facing the same problem. I am also disappointed that my T-shirt line is live, but the verification process remains incomplete. It is crucial for me to receive instant notifications regarding financial matters across all my devices.
