I purchased a navy blue coat with fur trim from your website, I believe on Boxing Day. Since then, I have not received any communication from your end, and the payment is still pending in my bank account. I am concerned about the status of my order. I purchased two coats online from Ted Baker about three weeks ago and I am still waiting for them to arrive. Despite reaching out via email and live chat with customer service, I have only received one email confirming that the products were shipped on December 28. Today is January 4th, and I have not received any further updates. When attempting to track my order using the provided link, the tracking code appears to be incorrect. The order was placed on December 19th, and I have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. Despite trying to contact them by phone during their scheduled hours, the lines have always been closed. The website states that it takes 72 hours to respond to complaints, but I have yet to receive any updates or news regarding my order. I returned two items promptly and have evidence that they were delivered to Ted and signed for. However, I have not received my refund. Despite sending requests for an update, I keep receiving generic responses promising a reply within 72 hours, which never come. No one at their offices answers the phone. As a long-time loyal customer of Ted, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of response.

I purchased a Ted Baker London Gabbee Crossbody Bag at Nordstrom Rack on August 18, [redacted]. I have always trusted the quality of Ted Baker products, so I was disappointed to find that the stitching around the front zipper is already coming undone. I am worried that it will worsen over time, making the bag unwearable.
I am hoping to either receive a refund or a replacement for the bag. I paid $59.99 for it. Nordstrom Rack suggested reaching out to you directly since you are known for standing behind your products.
I really love this bag, but I prefer not to use items that are in poor condition.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at the Ted Baker store at The Woodbury Commons Outlet Mall in Orange County, New York on August 29, [redacted]. Previously, I was delighted with the products I purchased at Nordstrom in Paramus, New Jersey. However, the incident at the Ted Baker store tarnished my view of the brand.
During my attempt to return items within the specified timeframe, I was denied due to an undisclosed store policy. The employee, Ingrid, was unhelpful and even threatened me when I questioned the policy. I left the store without resolution and contacted customer service. Despite the lack of evidence, I believe Ingrid's behavior was unacceptable.
