I purchased a SA [redacted] receiver at an estate sale, which was still in its box, and it worked great. I was thrilled. This particular model has options for speaker main and remote, so I found a set of Pioneer speakers and connected them. Initially, everything sounded amazing, but then it started cutting out and went into protection mode. It has been two months since then. I tried to contact your company for information on an authorized repair shop, but the customer service experience has been terrible. I felt disrespected, pressured to buy new products, and even encountered rude language from a representative. All I wanted was to get my receiver fixed so I can enjoy listening to music. I believe that art and music are essential for pleasure, and your company should focus on customer satisfaction and craftsmanship.
