I am concerned about a recent order I placed as it was expected to arrive within 2 to 5 days. However, the order status still shows as processing, even though I have already been charged for it, including an undisclosed foreign transaction fee. I have attempted to contact them several times over the past three days but keep reaching a voicemail stating they have closed for the day. My emails have only received automated responses indicating delays, despite their website promising a maximum 2-day response time. Even reaching out on Twitter did not provide any resolution, as they simply asked for my order number without addressing my specific issue.

I purchased a Galaxy S9 and was convinced to buy a Tech 21 high-tech case. Unfortunately, my phone broke when I dropped it, and I did not have phone insurance as I relied on the advanced protection of the case. I am frustrated that I was unable to receive assistance when I raised this issue. I am seeking a resolution or compensation for the situation, as I am dissatisfied with buying a case that did not prevent my phone from breaking.

Order Cancellation, I ordered two cases for myself and my wife last night. I work at T-Mobile and we recently purchased new iPhones - she got the iPhone 12 Pro, and I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Unfortunately, the case I ordered isn't available on our website, so when I realized I was sent two iPhone 12 Pro Max cases, I immediately reached out to Tech21 help center via email. I asked if they could correct one of the cases to the right size. A representative named Peter responded, stating I'd have to wait for the cases to arrive, return one, and then reorder - which is extremely inconvenient for us. As a loyal customer, I usually receive an email notification once my order is processed, but as I haven't received any confirmation yet, I'm considering canceling the entire order due to this hassle. It's disappointing that I can't even speak to anyone about this issue.

I sent an email on Wednesday, December 7, [redacted] regarding a return for my MacBook Air case. Despite not receiving the computer, I have the unopened product in its original packaging. It is the "Evo Tint for MacBook Air 13" ([redacted]) - Ash." The shipping address provided is [redacted] West State Street, Apt. [redacted], West Lafayette, IN [redacted]. I am concerned as I haven't received a response, and my 14-day return window may close soon. I hope they honor the return given the circumstances of not even receiving the computer.
