I am a member of a network within a medical practice. Recently, it was brought to our attention that TeamViewer was illicitly installed on my HP laptop for the purpose of monitoring all activities on the computer, including the use of key-logging devices that have compromised our privacy. Several disgruntled employees, three of whom were medical billers and one a medical assistant, are involved in this breach. Legal action is being taken against them. Despite attempts by our IT specialist, some parts of the TeamViewer program remain inaccessible due to security settings imposed by the perpetrators. This ongoing breach allows unauthorized access to our EMR system and compromises our medical billing. I urgently require assistance to remotely access and remove these illicit TeamViewer installations from my laptop and three other devices at the office. The clinic fully supports the prosecution of these individuals for their misuse of TeamViewer, and we are eager for a swift resolution to this security breach.

Hello David, On December 14th, you mentioned that my $[redacted] would be deposited into my Scotia Bank account, however, it has not appeared yet. I do not appreciate being misled, as I have been eagerly waiting for its return. I would like it to be in my account before the 22nd of December. If I don't hear back from you before I leave on holiday, I will have to involve the police, as I was assured multiple times by both you and Sam that I would receive the refund. I am growing increasingly frustrated as it still hasn't reflected in my account. Someone needs to address this promptly. Thank you, Avis B. Please contact me at [redacted] once it's resolved.

My fiancé and I are experiencing issues with TeamViewer. We keep getting a message about commercial use being detected, even though we only use it to share photos and assist with IT problems on our personal computers. It's frustrating to be disconnected within 2 minutes, especially when trying to help my fiancé with her computer issues. How can we resolve this and deactivate the commercial use detection? Our usage is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Hello,
I have a home hub server that we leave on all the time as our media server, used by myself, my wife, and our young child for our home hub, alarm, lighting control, CCTV, and our Virgin movie subscription. We utilized TeamViewer in October and August while on holiday to access our home hub. Recently, when showing a friend, it indicates possible commercial use and threatens disconnection. I am about to leave on another trip, and this software is essential for managing our home hub and entertaining our child.
I assure you, I am not using it for work purposes. Can you assist with this issue?
Thank you.

I've been experiencing connectivity issues with TeamViewer connecting to my father's PC ever since I upgraded to a new PC. I reside in Arizona while my father is in Massachusetts. He is 91 years old and occasionally needs computer assistance. My system runs on Windows 10, while his runs on Windows 7. A friend recently upgraded his TeamViewer software to version 15.11.6 to match mine.
Each time I attempt to connect, I encounter an error message stating, "There seems to be a licensing problem with your connection partner." Despite successfully connecting using his partner ID ([redacted]28) from my ID ([redacted]59), the connection frequently disconnects after 30 seconds, rendering further connections impossible.
Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. My father, at 91 years old, struggles with hearing and computer proficiency, depending on occasional support. Thank you in advance for your help.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I'm looking for an email to contact support. I hope this method is correct. If not, please forward my request to the appropriate department. Thank you.
I am currently using the free TeamViewer software privately and I am quite pleased with it. My ID is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] (Laptop in Germany/Homburg) and my target is [redacted]10 (Desktop in Germany/Berlin).
I am unable to connect to my target for more than 1 minute as the connection keeps closing on its own. It seems like there might be an issue with the software.
My wife plays a game on a tablet which is currently being repaired, and I have installed TeamViewer on the desktop for her. There are daily team meetings in the game at 19:00 lasting approximately 1 hour. Additionally, there are weekend events for the team to participate in and win.
Please review my account and kindly assist in restoring my connection to Berlin.
Thank you for your anticipated help.
Best regards,
Harald

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been trying to connect to my target using TeamViewer, but the connection keeps closing after about one minute. I currently use the free/private software and am very satisfied with it. My ID is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] (Laptop in Germany/Homburg), and my target ID is [redacted]10 (Desktop in Germany/Berlin).
I have noticed that the software seems to be considering me as a commercial user when I am actually a private user. I have set up the software on a desktop for my wife to use while her tablet is being repaired. Every day at 19:00, there is a meeting for a group of players, and on weekends, there are events to participate in as a team.
I kindly request for your assistance in enabling my connection to Berlin and resolving the issue. When attempting to connect, I receive the message: "GetHuman.Com does not know what to do."
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Harald

I suspect a group of scammers has managed to access my Teamviewer account on my computer without my permission. They seem to have gained control while I was away from my computer. I understand assistance comes with a charge, but I was hoping you could guide me toward Teamviewer's fraud department at no cost.
After an unfortunate incident where I unknowingly transferred money to these scammers, leading my bank to block the account, I have been vigilant about keeping my computer turned off when unattended. Unfortunately, I overlooked this yesterday for a few hours and discovered the unauthorized access through my own Teamviewer account, which I am unable to remove my login credentials from. I have captured several screenshots as evidence.
Could you provide me with the appropriate contact information for Teamviewer? I acknowledge that Teamviewer might not prioritize fraud matters, as addressing them could invite scrutiny and potentially lead to enhanced security measures.
I can be reached via email at [redacted]
Thank you,
Robby
