I bought 6 Lightning tickets from FanXchange on 10/22/18 for the 12/29 game as a gift for my husband. Trying to surprise him, I forwarded the emails to my daughter. Unfortunately, she accidentally transferred the tickets to another email. Despite speaking to FanXchange, Ticketmaster, and Dan from the Lightning for over 4 hours prior to the game, no resolution was found. Dan mentioned that 4 out of the 6 tickets were resold by Ticketmaster. Despite efforts, the issue remained unresolved even on the day of the game. I was charged $[redacted] for these tickets, and no one has taken responsibility for the error. The holiday and birthday plans were ruined after 2 months of anticipation. I was informed that they were trying to retrieve the tickets from the seller, but I never received any update. How can this situation be resolved? Thank you for your attention to this matter, G. F.
