Item # F[redacted]8X3: Propper lightweight tactical pants in 38X30 Navy blue. I would like to return these for a refund. The back pockets are difficult to access with a duty belt, the phone pocket is too shallow, and the zipper is problematic. As a police sergeant, it's essential that my work clothes are functional. Despite looking good and being affordable, these pants didn't meet my needs. Trying them on was the only way to discover these issues, as online shopping can be unpredictable. Is this company, my tactical promos, legitimate? I am just asking because I have seen lots of reviews that are absolutely not good reviews, but a few on some websites are saying this company is a very legitimate company. I absolutely don't want to end up on one of those monthly billing plans for things I didn't want to order. I prefer ordering products from websites I trust. I have learned to research companies before making any purchases. It's important to be cautious as there are many scammers online looking to charge you for things you didn't intend to buy. It's wise to do your own research before providing any credit card information. Taking a few minutes to look up a company online can save you from potential scams. I received an Emergency Radio from My Tactical Promos on September 24, [redacted], paying $29.99 for shipping. The next day, I received an email stating my order was incomplete and needed to click a link to finalize it. After doing so, I ended up being charged $29.99 twice and received two radios. Unfortunately, one of the radios is defective with a high, piercing sound making it difficult to understand. The volume and tuning button is also recessed, hindering knob adjustments. I am looking for guidance on returning the defective radio for a refund. Thank you.

I have not made any purchases from this company. Last year, I began receiving monthly bills and unwanted shipments of low-quality items. After contacting customer service, I was assured that I was removed from their list, given a refund, and would not receive any more bills or products. However, I recently discovered new charges on my credit card from them. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and want no further contact or shipments from them. I had to file a fraud claim and get a new card last time due to this issue. I have never shared my card information with them, so I believe this is a fraudulent operation, and I will not tolerate it. I am frustrated because every time I order from your company, you automatically sign me up for a subscription despite my clear instructions to not do so. Recently, you charged $60 to my card without my consent. This money was meant for my FPL bill to avoid disconnection. Now, I am at risk of losing power in 3 days because of your unnecessary subscriptions. I do not want or need them, so please refund my money immediately. I demand a refund to my card promptly, not in 7 days, not in 10 days. I will contact customer service first thing tomorrow. This situation is unfair, unacceptable, and I am extremely upset that you have taken money that was designated for my essential bills. Please resolve this issue promptly, or I will be forced to stop ordering from your company in the future.

I purchased an ARCTIC AIR COOLER ULTRA EVAPORATIVE AIR COOLER but it arrived without a filter. I contacted customer service and received two more units, both also missing filters. I would like to request the filters for all three units and guidance on what to do with the additional coolers.
