Hello, I am Jamie Neil Parker from Enterprise [redacted]. I have been trying to reach out by email with a pressing issue regarding a closed quote for SaaS [redacted] on the 27th. I am frustrated as I have been unable to speak to anyone despite multiple attempts. We have a scheduled Zoom meeting tomorrow, and I urgently need to address the discrepancies. I have faced financial challenges for over 36 years, dealing with various rollovers and have encountered obstacles accessing my IRA.
