I placed two orders on 5/21:
Order [redacted]4 for $[redacted].05 with a hold successfully placed on my credit card.
Order [redacted]6 for $[redacted].09 with a hold successfully placed on my credit card.
I also created one order on 5/22:
Order [redacted]9 for $42.63 with a hold successfully placed on my credit card.
I paid extra for 2 business day EXTREME FAST SHIPPING on all three orders.
On Monday, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with your FRAUD department because they put my orders on hold. Despite my bank confirming there was no issue and me seeing the holds placed by your company, the customer service person failed to release my order after verifying my credit card multiple times. I locked down my card to prevent any potential misuse.
I have received 3 emails confirming my orders, but your support team claimed there was no email associated with them. I am extremely disappointed and will not be shopping with your company again. I am heading to Maui on Friday without any beach clothes due to this issue. I will be returning the items that have arrived, and I request that return shipping be arranged. None of the people I have spoken to were able to resolve this matter, and I found them to be unhelpful. Your customer service has been unsatisfactory, and I have a newfound appreciation for Amazon's professionalism.

I bought a bathing suit back in March from your catalog, but only tried it on today, June 4th. Unfortunately, I discovered that the backside of the bathing suit has no elasticity and the sanitary patch was only half on. I have never had issues with your bathing suits before, so this was disappointing. The order number for the item is [redacted]3. I am wondering if it is possible to return it. I called customer service, who directed me to contact the rewards department at 1-[redacted], which was not the right department.
