My recent visit to Swatch Edinburgh for a swatch purchase left me disappointed due to the poor customer service I received. Upon entering the store, none of the 4-5 staff present extended a welcoming greeting. I sought assistance in choosing a watch, approaching a staff member by the moon swatch display. Unfortunately, they remained stationary and shouted from a distance about the available collection, lacking a friendly demeanor. Fortunately, another assistant, Stephanie, eventually helped me select and purchase a watch for £[redacted]. Stephanie was courteous, but the rest of the staff, including security guards, ignored me as I left the store. This lackluster experience at Swatch Edinburgh has tarnished my excitement over buying a watch I had been saving up for diligently. Edinburgh Princess Street, 07/05/[redacted], 11.20am.
