I encountered an issue while trying to sign up for Swagbucks. Initially, I attempted to create an account using my email, but I received a message indicating that an account already existed with my email. Even though I entered my password, it didn't log me in, claiming one of my details was incorrect. After trying the "forgot password" option and not receiving the reset email, I concluded there might be an issue with my email. I created a new email and tried signing up again, but faced the same problem. I researched online and found others signing up easily, which made me wonder if it was due to my location. Upon checking, I discovered that most parts of Africa can use Swagbucks. Despite trying various methods suggested on the Help Center, I couldn't progress. I'm reaching out in the hope that someone can assist me in creating my account on Swagbucks as I am eager to explore the app based on positive reviews I've heard.

I attempted to purchase [redacted] SB around 7 p.m. four times. However, I did not receive the points immediately as expected. These transactions do not appear in My Activity, yet the payments have been deducted from my debit account. I am concerned about not receiving what I paid for and would like to know what went wrong. I am looking to understand how Swagbucks plans to refund me for all four purchases.

Hello, I am not sure if I need to address this to you, but I have sent multiple emails to the Swagbucks customer service without any response. Firstly, after completing surveys, I keep getting an error message stating, "Oops, an error occurred," causing me to lose [redacted] SB along with all the other surveys' rewards from previous days. Secondly, I downloaded the game "Genies and Gems" during a promotional offer of [redacted] SB for reaching level 25. Even after achieving this, I received no reward or response to my complaints. I am extremely disappointed because it is a good site, but I constantly have to track my SB and file complaints. I hope this one will finally be taken into consideration.

Today, I completed a survey on Swagbucks that was supposed to take 20 minutes for [redacted] points. I started at 9:11 a.m. and after 15 minutes, at 9:26 a.m., the survey abruptly ended, saying I was disqualified. This has happened multiple times, only rewarding me with one point for all the time I've spent. It's frustrating to put in effort and then not be compensated. This experience has been misleading and feels like a waste of time. I hope Swagbucks addresses these issues promptly.

I have noticed various questionable practices in your app. This discrimination must stop as your users are not all unintelligent. I am trying to check and find out the status of my Amazon rewards gift cards from Swagbucks. I was expecting a $10 one and a $5 one. I do not want to use the human pay a dollar service on the website. I would like to contact a representative directly. Hello, I recently encountered an issue logging into my account on Swagbucks. After being unexpectedly logged out, I received a message about a JavaScript problem related to Google not accepting something. Upon checking my email, I found there was a suspension notice, which was confusing. After restoring my email access, I attempted to log back into Swagbucks. However, I received an error stating, "Unfortunately you cannot log you in using your social account at this time. Please try logging in with your username and password." Despite trying various passwords and using the "forgot password" option, I didn't receive any reset emails. Subsequently, I received a message saying, "That didn't work, if this problem doesn't go away email the site owner." I am reaching out for assistance as I am concerned about not being able to access my account, especially after engaging in surveys, research, referrals, and recently requesting a $20 payout. I recently switched cell phone providers and can no longer access my Swagbucks account due to not having my previous phone number or email. Trying to reset my password is challenging because I can't retrieve the reset email. I had also redeemed a $50 vanilla visa gift card. I was unable to complete the text verification as my account got locked due to multiple incorrect attempts. I need assistance to unlock it. The delay in receiving text messages led me to enter the wrong codes mistakenly. Please unlock text verification for my phone number +1(***)-***-[redacted]. I unintentionally selected the Resend option, thinking it was for sending it the first time. This led to confusion due to fatigue. I request the account to be unlocked so I can proceed to redeem my $10 Visa gift card. Thank you for your help. I have successfully redeemed twice before, verifying my account each time. I am unsure why I need to verify again? Regarding my concern, I have screenshots available, but unfortunately, I am unable to attach them as the option is not working when clicked.

I have been attempting to update my email address on Swagbucks as my current email has been compromised. However, when I try to change it, the new email address needs to be verified through the hacked email address, which I can no longer access. I have submitted multiple help requests over the last two weeks, but have not received any assistance. I need to update my email to redeem my Swagbucks points, but I am unable to verify the change through the compromised email address.

I wanted to check on my completed offer's status since it's not showing as pending. However, your help center requested unrelated information that I don't have. I completed an offer for Chime, creating an account and setting up a direct deposit as per the requirements. The system now asks for an order number and total, which I don't have since I didn't make a purchase, but just opened an account. Despite trying to attach a photo to show the completed requirements, the button doesn't work. After struggling for an hour, I finally found a way to contact you. It would be helpful to have an easier support contact method. I just want to know if my offer for creating a Chime account and setting up a direct deposit is pending. Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to redeem a gift card. The code took around 30-40 minutes to arrive, causing me to click resend in the meantime. Unfortunately, this action led to a message stating I had attempted too many times. Subsequently, when trying to resend the code, an error occurs and prevents the code from being sent at all. I am wondering if there is a solution to this problem. Would it be possible to update the phone number associated with my account to a relative's in order to redeem the gift card? Or is there another method to successfully receive the code? Despite logging out and back in, as well as attempting to access the account through a browser instead of the app, the issue persists. Even trying with different gift cards did not yield any results. I have dedicated significant time to completing surveys and earning rewards, therefore, I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

After receiving a referral code from a friend, I used it to sign up for Swagbucks. I followed the steps to set up my account, but when I tried to verify my email, I encountered an issue. Upon clicking the verification link in my Gmail, it redirected me to Swagbucks without prompting me to set a password. As a result, I now have an account associated with my email address but without a password. Despite clicking the "forgot password" option multiple times and expecting a reset email, I have not received any emails. It appears there is a glitch preventing me from setting a password for my account linked to [redacted]

I am experiencing difficulty accessing the email linked to my account and the old phone number connected to it was removed after a customer service interaction. They verified my account with a picture of my license but only removed the phone number, leaving the email inaccessible. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through the help desk, I cannot receive the confirmation email on my new email address as the connection is being refused. This is hindering my ability to view tickets and receive rewards on my account, which currently holds almost $40 worth of SB. I am determined to resolve this issue without abandoning the account. My account was deactivated, possibly due to having multiple tickets on different offers. They ended up crediting me multiple times on various offers as they tracked only about 20% of my completed offers. I had no intention of using the extra points but was considering addressing this in a new ticket to resolve the issue. I have invested a considerable amount of time and money into this app without resorting to any dishonest practices and would be disappointed to start over, if reinstatement is even possible. Additionally, they owe me three $[redacted] Visa cards, earned through legitimate points. This situation is causing me a lot of stress.

Hello, I acquired the Albert card about 3 to 4 months ago expecting to receive 7,[redacted] SBS, but after keeping my account active for 3 months, I realized that the social security direct deposit promotion was not accurate. Despite my efforts to upload screenshots as instructed, the system did not allow me to. I have sent around 10 emails regarding this issue. I would like to recover my account, as it has been unjustly deactivated for the second time. I do not have multiple accounts. The app was giving me many errors, leading me to delete one account and create another one. If my account is restored, I will not create any more accounts; I will only use this one. It's not my fault that the app has so many errors that it mistakenly believes there is a problem with my email. I haven't done anything illegal; I have answered each survey to the best of my ability, investing a lot of time in this app. Typically, if a user makes a mistake, they should be notified of their error rather than being automatically deleted. I was unaware of what I was doing wrong. If this continues, I will leave reviews on all websites about the poor treatment many users like me face with this app. There are other apps with fewer issues that do not ban you at the first sign of trouble. I await your response. If we reach an agreement, I will update my reviews on the Play Store, YouTube, and other platforms. If not, I will continue expressing my dissatisfaction on multiple platforms as a user. Have a good day.

I completed Foothills 3 on MergeDragons! and have not yet received any pending Swagbucks points. There is no activity showing under recent activity. I am frustrated because I dedicated a lot of time to finish within the allotted time frame. I'm considering reporting the website for false advertising if my reward is not given. I have a full-time job, and I played the game on the side to help purchase a family member's birthday gift. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of resolution options provided.
