My patient portal shows visits with two different doctors in July [redacted], including an after-visit summary mentioning "alcohol abuse," which is incorrect as I don't drink. There was also a scheduled specialized test at the facility, arranged with another provider, Corticare. After reaching out to Sutter multiple times without a response, Corticare managed to confirm the appointment on July 9, [redacted]. However, Sutter later contacted Corticare on July 13, [redacted], to cancel the procedure claiming it had already been done. Discovering these appointments when checking on my ER visit summary from May 24, [redacted], I learned about the EEG appointment cancellation when contacting Corticare on July 7, [redacted], to book my appointment. Despite being informed that I needed an exam and blood work before the test, attempting to schedule with these doctors resulted in no available appointments after spending nearly three hours on the phone. Since I cannot physically reach the Sutter facility and Corticare specializes in EEG testing at home, I would like to cancel my scheduled 72-hour ambulatory EEG with Sutter. I have now scheduled with Corticare for August 4 through August 7, [redacted], where they will come to my home.
