I work at the Uptown Cub Foods bakery. There was a cashier who lied to get transferred here and started sexually harassing me. Despite witnesses and policy violations, he was allowed to work with me again, even after threats were made. This situation is more serious than HR, and we feel legal action is necessary. I no longer feel safe working with him and believe immediate intervention is required. Legal action and obtaining a restraining order may be the next steps.

Subject: Incident Report - Highway [redacted] to [redacted] in Brooklyn Center
Date: November 12, [redacted]
I was driving home today at 5:25 pm heading North on Highway [redacted] to connect to [redacted] in Brooklyn Center, MN. As I was in the left lane approaching the ramp to [redacted], I encountered one of your SuperValu transport trucks in the right lane. Despite congested traffic, the truck abruptly merged into my lane, causing a collision with my car. The impact damaged my passenger side mirror and left front bumper/fender.
I attempted to identify the truck or trailer number, but the driver did not cooperate. This incident highlights the reckless behavior of your employee and poses a significant safety concern. It is essential for your company to address this issue promptly through retraining or corrective measures.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
G.L.

Hello,
My name is Ryan Estenson, and I am currently working at Cub Foods SuperValu in Uptown, Minnesota. I have some questions regarding my hours and pay. I was hired in June [redacted] and started with 28 hours, but I have since been given more hours after a recent promotion. I now work 39 hours per week, including Sundays. Despite working for at least six months, I am still considered part of group 3 according to the managers. I believe I should be classified as full-time based on the hours I am working. I am currently earning $11.25 per hour with a $0.25 raise. There seems to be confusion about holiday pay. Jackie mentioned I do not receive it, while another manager named Sara indicated that I do. Recently, my paychecks have been lower than expected, and I am unsure if I am being paid correctly. I have asked for a copy of my time card but faced challenges obtaining it until Sara helped me out. I am interested in accessing my hours worked through an app, possibly Kronos. If not Kronos, could you please direct me to the appropriate app or person to assist me? I would appreciate a prompt response as I work today at noon. You can contact me via email or phone at [redacted].
Thank you,
Ryan Estenson sent from my iPhone.
