Yes I bought this product on 8/18/18 from Walmart.com. It was delivered on 8/22/18, but I only opened it today, 8/24/18. The hose in the box was severely kinked, and I believe it will cause issues. I have submitted all the requested pictures and followed the instructions given by the representative. However, there seems to be an issue as the doors do not match in size even after the merging of #[redacted] to #[redacted]. I received an email stating that I have 3 days to respond before the case is closed. If the problem is not resolved by Monday, I plan to contact both Lowes and Chase Bank about this issue. Despite attempts to shim the doors, the mismatch persists even though the foundation is level. I acknowledge that phone calls are not entertained, so I will attempt to reach out again on Monday. Additionally, the windows were affected during shipping, leading to overheating and plastic sticking to the plexiglass, which will require replacement.
