I bought a Sunbeam full-size electric blanket but find it inconvenient to adjust the settings as the control is not illuminated like my previous blankets. I'm used to having a lighted control for easy adjustments. The control on my new blanket is Sunbeam Style 515A. Is it possible to exchange this control for one with lights that would be more practical for me?

I recently purchased the Sunbeam "Mixmaster Classic Handbeater" to replace my old Sunbeam "Beatermix" JM3250. The new hand beater, while I believe it will function well, falls short in a few areas in comparison to my old model. The "Mixmaster" is noticeably heavier, which is a disadvantage for a hand-held beater. Additionally, the handle design is awkward and difficult to clean due to a gap between the handle and the body of the machine. Unlike the all-plastic casing of my previous appliance, this one does not seem as easy to maintain. I hope Sunbeam will consider creating a lighter model with a more practical one-piece handle and casing design in the future. It appears the current design may not have been thoroughly considered for user-friendliness. Regards, J.

I purchased a red plush queen-sized blanket last Christmas for over $70. I used it daily but after storing it away for the summer, it's not heating up anymore. I followed all troubleshooting steps like unplugging and replugging it, but the dial just flashes and it won't heat. Last winter, I had issues with part of the blanket not heating, but resetting it fixed that. Now, it's not heating at all. Can you please send me a new blanket? Regarding the replacement order #[redacted] from 11-5-19, it has not been fulfilled. I have contacted customer service with no response for 3 weeks. The email from Pamela at Sunbeam® Consumer Support mentioned a tracking number would be available 4 to 5 business days prior to the order date, with delivery in 6 to 8 business days. I am still waiting and would appreciate a follow-up and a phone call. Thank you. Sher W.

I returned a faulty blanket and was promised a replacement within three weeks. After waiting, I called to inquire about the status only to be told it had been sitting at the warehouse for 2 1/2 weeks. The representative offered to expedite the processing and shipment of a new one. Now, I am faced with an extra wait of 6-8 business days. It's frustrating that the replacement wasn't initiated upon receiving the defective item.

I've had a plug-in heating pad for about a year. I didn't use it over the summer, but got it out of storage a month ago. It worked for two days, but now it won't heat up. When I plug it in, a red light flashes on high but it stays cold. I've waited 45 minutes with no change. I'm unsure how to fix it, but I want to get it working again.

I received a Sunbeam stand mixer as a Christmas gift from my mother-in-law, even though it was given to me two weeks before Christmas so I could bake cookies for the holidays. However, after just two days of use, the mixer stopped working while making a small batch of dough. Despite taking care not to overwork or overload it, it malfunctioned. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law cannot locate the receipt. I am disappointed as I have been a loyal Sunbeam customer for many years and this has disrupted my holiday baking plans. I kindly request assistance in exchanging the faulty mixer for a new one. I am hoping Sunbeam can arrange for an inspection and either repair or replace the mixer at no additional cost to me. I am reaching out again regarding my issue with my Sunbeam electric blanket purchased in January **** through Amazon. The master control unit is continuously blinking E3*, E3*, E3*, and I am unable to turn off the controller without unplugging it. I have inspected all plugs, wires, and connections multiple times with no visible problems. Is there a way to reboot the control unit? The left secondary control unit is functioning correctly. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can adjust the temperature settings and turn off the blanket. Thank you.

I recently purchased a King Sunbeam heated blanket from Walmart, which unfortunately seems to be faulty. After plugging it in, only one remote blinks and it doesn't heat the bed. Walmart couldn't process a return due to Covid-19 restrictions and advised me to reach out to Sunbeam. I'm looking to exchange this non-functional blanket for a new one as it didn't warm up even after being plugged in for 4 hours.

Hi there, our family received a four-slice toaster as a gift around December 18, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the toaster's elements stopped working some time ago. Our daughter bought the toaster from The Good Guys at the Domain in Townsville. I returned the toaster, provided the date of purchase, receipt number TAZ340, price of $69.95, but was informed that the warranty wasn't activated due to it being a cash purchase. Now we are left without a toaster, which is disappointing since it was a Christmas gift. We had to buy a new toaster, but I believe the faulty one should have been replaced.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm having difficulty reaching your customer service. I want to discuss the Sunbeam heating pads. I've been using Sunbeam heating pads for over six years. I've had to return them at least three times within the 30-day store return window. Some have not even lasted two years, yet two have endured over four years. While I appreciate the Sunbeam pads, I'm considering trying a new brand. Currently, I have three pads - two were given to my daughters for their pets, and they're still working well after several years. However, the one I'm using now, which is only about a year old, has stopped working. I didn't register it and don't have a receipt. Do you have any suggestions before I switch to another brand? Thank you for your time. For a company of your size, it would be helpful to provide updates about your company and improve the accessibility to customer support.

I bought a Sunbeam electric blanket around 2 months ago. It has dual heat setting controls. Initially, it worked well for about a month. However, now when I switch it on, one of the controls continuously blinks with one light. I've attempted to unplug and retry it several times, but one of the temperature controllers keeps flashing on and off. As a result, only one side of my blanket heats up. The only number I can spot on the controller is under the label "Style Y85KQ." Thank you for your assistance.

I've noticed that the control cord on heated blankets and throws isn't long enough to reach up by your arms comfortably. It's puzzling to me why this design flaw exists. While the power cord to the outlet is long enough, the cord from the bottom of the blanket to the controller falls short. As a result, I end up having to lay the controller on the floor. It would greatly improve user experience if the cord to the controller were extended so it could be conveniently within reach. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

I bought 2 SCF-501R ceiling fans at the Game stores Empangeni branch. One fan has a recurring issue with the globe, while the other stopped spinning, although the light works and the motor runs. In early February [redacted], due to financial constraints and COVID, I visited the store to seek help from customer service. The representative advised me to bring the items back with the original box for assistance. Today, March 4, [redacted], I had an electrician examine the fans and returned them to the store; however, they refused to help on the spot and mentioned sending them for repairs. Can someone please provide further assistance with this matter?

I purchased a Sunbeam XpressHeat a couple of years back, the extra-large one with a beige cover, featuring 4 heat settings and an auto-off function after 2 hours. Recently, it stopped working and now only flashes a red light. After researching online for possible solutions, I tried unplugging it overnight, plugging it directly into a wall socket, and holding down the "on" button when plugging it back in. Initially, it worked for about 10 minutes before losing heat and going back to the flashing red light. I've been a loyal customer of Sunbeam products for many years (I'm 72 years old). Currently, I own two fitted heating pads, one with batteries and one for heat and cold therapy, along with a Sunbeam heating blanket for the winter season. Given that I suffer from end-stage arthritis and stenosis, this heating pad is crucial for me and is my go-to source of relief in my favorite chair. Hello, a few years ago, I purchased a Margaritaville machine from QVC, model DM1000. I am struggling to clean it properly as the ice outlet does not come apart for cleaning. I called customer service for assistance, and after some hold time, I was advised to clean it with vinegar. Despite my care for the machine, it hasn't held up well. I had hoped to use it for years, but it seems that won't be possible. Disappointed with the lack of support, especially since I was hoping to enjoy it in our upcoming move to Florida. This experience has left me hesitant to purchase from QVC again. If I wanted a disposable product, I would have opted for something cheaper.

I am disappointed with my Sunbeam heated mattress pad as it has stopped working with an F2 error code after less than one full winter's use. This is the second Sunbeam pad that has failed me in under three winter seasons due to the same issue of a likely broken wire. I purchased it from Walmart using cash, but unfortunately, I have lost the receipt during a move. The quality of the product does not match its price, and I am seeking some form of financial compensation for this recurring problem.
