I am in urgent need of assistance regarding my replacement for the defective Sunbeam Renee neck and back heated wrap (Model: [redacted]35). Despite returning the faulty item over three weeks ago, I have not yet received the replacement wrap as promised to be delivered by UPS within 2 days. Suffering from severe arthritis, I rely on this heated wrap for relief on my shoulders and back. Numerous attempts to contact Sunbeam's customer service at 1-[redacted] have been futile, with no response received. I am distressed as Sunbeam has had my defective wrap for at least 2 weeks and failed to live up to their commitment. Known for their integrity, Sunbeam's unresponsiveness has left me in pain and frustration. Assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated as I am currently in a desperate situation.

I have purchased two Sunbeam heating pads within the last year, and both have not been heating properly. I am looking for replacements that will stay on and provide adequate heat. The models of the pads are both CAT95D:
1. SWT200D K 289EA [redacted]
2. SWT200D K045EA [redacted]
One was bought from Walmart in Ankeny, IA, and the other was received after contacting Sunbeam. They typically cost around $30 plus tax. I want a heating pad with a reliable connection as the plug into the heating pad does not stay secure, resulting in an error message "F". I am 81 years old and seek a durable solution. If possible, please provide a telephone number with live customer support to address this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot return the pads to Walmart due to their limited warranty. Thank you for any assistance in resolving this matter.

Sunbeam Reference # [redacted]3
I bought the Oster Large Capacity Countertop 6-Slice Digital Convection Toaster Oven at Walmart and reached out to Sunbeam about a defective crumb tray. I uploaded photos and details online but didn't receive a response. When I called on 11/2/[redacted], I spoke with "Ariano" at 1-[redacted], who kept me on hold for 20 minutes without returning. I then spoke with Lasalete, who informed me they didn't have the replacement crumb tray Part # 14[redacted] and advised me to call a different number. They also mentioned I would have to pay for the replacement tray. I find it unfair that a tray developed a hole in less than 3 months and I would have to pay for a replacement. I hope Sunbeam will address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. Thank you. Sincerely, Peter Campanella.

I ordered a Sunbeam heating pad from Amazon in January [redacted]. Although I appreciate that they are washable and have covers that stay in place, the first one I received only lasted for 3 months. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased numerous heating pads from Walmart and have experienced the same issue with durability. I also bought two more pads from Amazon in [redacted], both of which had to be replaced within 8 months due to the red light blinking and not working. I understand this is a common problem that has persisted for a long time. I recently learned how to contact customer service for help with the guarantee. I would like to know what can be done to address this recurring issue. While I don't expect replacements for all the past faulty pads, I would appreciate a replacement or credit towards future purchases on your website. I have disposed of the previous pads but still have the burgundy one that I can return. Thank you for addressing this matter. - Kathy H.

A few years ago, I contacted Sunbeam about getting a phone app to control my electric blanket remotely. I received an email acknowledging my request but have not seen any progress on this feature. I believe many others would appreciate the convenience of being able to turn on their blankets on their way home. It would have been particularly useful last week when I returned home from my nephew's football game in the cold. It would be reassuring to know my bed would be warm upon arrival. In an age where we can control various home devices from our phones, this request seems more than reasonable. I hope to hear back from Sunbeam regarding this feature soon.
Thank you,

I have purchased five of your electric blankets over the past five years, and unfortunately, they never last a full winter. My current one broke already this year, despite never being washed. I believe that your electric blankets should be more durable. Even after buying some of your most expensive options, they still did not meet my expectations. Now, I am left without a blanket during the coldest months, which is especially challenging for me as I suffer from osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and Lyme disease, leaving me bed-bound. The heat from the electric blanket is crucial for alleviating my pain, particularly for my old bones, but the frequent replacements are not sustainable on my limited disability income. I am profoundly disappointed with the quality of your products.

I had a concerning experience at Henry Foods last Thursday with your delivery driver, Mike. He was using inappropriate language and acting unprofessionally. I believe he needs to be reprimanded for his behavior. I observed him speaking disrespectfully to staff and loitering and smoking near the premises. It seemed like he may have an issue with racial discrimination. Regardless of his opinion, such behavior is unacceptable. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed promptly.

Supporting a cause isn't typically me, but when deeply passionate about something, I believe it's every citizen's duty to speak up. I have discussed your bread with many individuals, showcasing the praying hands on each loaf during the holidays. No one objected, no one was offended; in fact, most purchased your bread because of it. Personally, I switched to exclusively using Sunbeam bread, going out of my way to a different store when mine didn't carry it. This year, I noticed the absence of the praying hands. I understand some claimed offense, but I am offended - offended that you gave up! If your choice is to yield to a small majority, well, that makes my decision simpler, though it may not align with my heart's desires. I regret that your decision has impacted many people. Many who have little left to be appreciative of, seeing praying hands on a loaf of bread brings them joy and warmth, reviving fleeting memories for a moment. The Grinch might have a change of heart. Thank you for your time, and I wish you luck in the future, even though I won't be a part of it.

Having been a loyal customer of Sunbeam from Rockford, IL for many years, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with their hot dog buns. Although I remember fondly receiving a loaf of bread as a gift when I was a young student, the quality seems to have declined. The hot dog buns I recently purchased are not up to par compared to lower-priced options. They are inconsistently cut at an odd angle and tend to fall apart easily. The top breaks in two and the bottom has a ridge, making it challenging to put them back together. In contrast, the hamburger buns have improved since my first purchase months ago and now stay fresh for a significant period. While I understand that hot dogs are not a staple in my diet anymore, I do enjoy them occasionally, especially with Oscar Meyer hot dogs. I hope Sunbeam can address the issues with their hot dog buns' cutting and consistency. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I have three blankets that are not heating properly, despite the controllers appearing to function correctly. Each blanket reads between [redacted] to [redacted] ohms on both sides when tested with an ohmmeter. Using a kilowattmeter, they draw about 0.25 amps and dissipate around 30 watts, or half that when only one side is turned on. I expected them to be around [redacted] ohms, draw about 1 amp, and dissipate about [redacted] watts when both sides are running at full capacity.
It's puzzling that all three blankets are exhibiting the same issue, considering they are of different ages (2, 3, and 5 years old) and have been this way for some time. We plan to purchase new blankets this weekend, but I want to understand the underlying problem to avoid a repeat scenario with the new ones. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I purchased an OSTER toaster oven back in late May [redacted]. It was functioning well until a couple of days ago when the upper heating elements ceased to work. The model numbers are TSSTTVCG04 and PN158709, with an additional series: E220527. The prongs are labeled J355 and GAZ. We primarily use it for toasting, and we believe a product like this should last longer than 20 months. Can anyone offer assistance?
Also, I wanted to mention that I waited on hold for nearly 30 minutes for customer support before eventually hanging up...

I have three shoulder heat wraps that have stopped working. I bought them at separate times over the past three years, with the newest one being a Christmas gift from my son. Lately, they shut off with a red light flashing on the 'high' setting. Despite resetting them, they eventually stop working again. I was advised by someone in your complaint department to stop plugging them into power strips and only use a wall outlet, but this hasn't resolved the issue. As a wheelchair user for 39 years, the heat from these pads brings me comfort as my shoulders are worn out from pushing the chair. Considering the cost of these pads, I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement. The heat they provide is very beneficial for my shoulders, and I hope a new one will last longer.

I purchased a Sunbeam mini refrigerator for my classroom in fall [redacted] and it stopped working after about a year. I bought it at Target and they directed me to contact your company for a refund. I am disappointed in the quality of the product and would like my money back, which was approximately $60. I have the receipt and can provide the exact amount. I hope for a prompt resolution so I can buy a new one soon. I had tried to call customer service at 1-[redacted] but was on hold for nearly 20 minutes and had to hang up due to work obligations. I'm now following up as I had a personal situation with my mother's passing. Thank you.

I recently spoke with Gemma on 2/26/19 regarding my defective heated mattress pad. During the call, I explained the issue of the pad not working and my concern about a potential electrical problem. Gemma was able to get approval from her supervisor to refund my purchase price. She mentioned sending an email for me to reply with a copy of my proof of purchase. However, I have not yet received the email and would like to ensure this matter is resolved. I have sent additional emails seeking a return call, but only received a reference number that does not provide any assistance. Please advise on where I should send the necessary information for a full credit. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I may need to seek assistance from my credit card company.

Last winter in [redacted], I purchased the Sunbean BL5651 Wool Fleece Queen Electric Blanket from Harvey Norman. I am absolutely thrilled with it - it's incredibly soft and the best one I've ever had. I haven't taken it off during the summer as it's still comfortable to lay on, which is great for my arthritic back. However, I have a slight issue that's a bit embarrassing to discuss. I occasionally experience incontinence, especially in the middle of the night, and I bought this particular blanket because of its feature to help with this issue. I've tried using a half towel between the blanket and sheet for protection, but it keeps shifting and falling off the bed. I'm considering using a new top-notch mattress protector with a plastic base layer to safeguard the mattress but am unsure whether to place it directly on the mattress or over the electric blanket. I fear it might get too warm or even pose a safety risk. Your suggestions on how to address this would be greatly appreciated!

I recently acquired a vintage Sunbeam stand mixer, model [redacted], and discovered it was part of a [redacted] electric shock recall. Concerned about safety, I tried contacting customer service but was stuck on hold for 35 minutes last Friday without speaking to anyone. Despite spending an hour waiting to speak to a representative, I received no answer. I want to use the mixer but need confirmation regarding the safety issue. Any guidance would be welcome.

I received an Osterizer 10-speed blender as a wedding gift a few years ago but only started using it last month for shakes during my diet. Despite minimal use, the bottom of the glass part is already chewed up from the agitator. Today, I left a drink in the blender for 10 minutes and it leaked a significant amount of liquid onto my counter, indicating a defect. I do not have a receipt but would like a refund for this disappointing product. I am willing to return the entire blender to provide proof of the issue. Please confirm and provide shipping instructions.

I have experienced issues with two Heated Throws; they both stopped working and showed a red flashing light. I returned one for a replacement, but the new one also malfunctioned quickly. I contacted customer service, sent pictures as requested, and was assured a new one would be sent. I received an email today saying it was shipped, but the description is confusing. It mentions a different product set than the Loft-Tec TRL8W5-R-Master Color Walnut Heated Throw I was expecting. Can someone clarify this for me promptly? I have interacted with representatives named Noemi, Geraldine, and the online help named Virginta from this company.

I purchased my Sunbeam SB1818 at the beginning of June [redacted] from Herbergers during their liquidation sale for $80. I was excited about my purchase but was disappointed to find out that the machine seemed to have been used and returned before. The Bonus sewing kit and accessories, as well as the instruction manual, were missing. Additionally, the needle does not stay in place no matter how tightly I secure it. I am reaching out to request either a repair for the machine or a refund since Herbergers is now closed. I believe your company values its reputation and customer service and hope you can assist with this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I own a Biltmore heated mattress pad, model SCMP K. CP18, RN#[redacted]. The king size pad has stopped heating on one side. Despite trying online troubleshooting and reset tips, it remains unresponsive. This is the second pad out of three that has failed within 6 months. The retailer where I bought the first pad no longer carries it. My daughter's pad is also experiencing the same issue. I am concerned about the reliability of this model and would like a refund or replacement. This has been an unexpected experience as Sunbeam products are usually reliable. Thank you. Terry C.
