The Sun Country website experienced an outage from June 1 to September, causing me to miss out on applying for the Sun Country Visa and losing rewards points. After contacting Customer Service, Chandler Dudek assured me via email that I would get my rewards points back upon receiving the Visa. My husband and I both obtained the Visa, but after informing Chandler, I did not receive a reply. Following up on December 9, a representative mentioned that a colleague was covering for Chandler, who might be on leave. Despite this, I am still awaiting resolution regarding the reimbursement of our rewards points. We are both eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this ongoing issue.

Yesterday, on January 26th, my grandson and I traveled on flight SY [redacted] from Las Vegas to Minneapolis, MN. We were seated in the last row, row 31. As my grandson is autistic, it was essential for us to retrieve our backpacks from the overhead compartments upon landing. A bit overwhelmed, we had three flight attendants assisting us as we gathered our belongings. When we reached our destination, my grandson realized he had left his Castle grey and black jacket, valued at $[redacted], onboard. Despite our efforts, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance. We are now in Northern Minnesota and urgently need help retrieving the jacket. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. Mary Jane Patrow.
