I have been receiving unwanted issues of Cosmopolitan magazine since the beginning of [redacted], which I did not subscribe to. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the magazine to stop sending them, I have been ignored. I will not pay for something I didn't order. They directed me to Subco, a company I am unfamiliar with. This needs to be resolved promptly as I am frustrated with this situation. It is unacceptable business practice to ignore customer requests like this. I will not pay for a subscription I never agreed to or signed up for.

I have been receiving People magazine, intended for a previous resident in error. People magazine advised me to contact their contractor, "Subco" at 1-[redacted] to stop the subscription. When I called on Monday, 12/20/[redacted] at 10 am, I received a message saying no one was available to take my call. I am having trouble canceling the subscription and would like assistance to resolve this issue.
