I received an email from Google alerting me about missing titles on my website pages and products. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this issue. It appears that my entire store builder program is malfunctioning as I am unable to change themes as well. Although I submit support tickets, the responses I receive days later do not address my concerns accurately. I have been a customer for 13 years with two websites, and it's disheartening to see the decline in customer service. I urgently require assistance today and would appreciate a phone call at [redacted]. -Jerry

I have been experiencing difficulties reaching your company and have not received a call back regarding my website being offline for an extended period. I am puzzled why my website has been inaccessible, and despite leaving responses on your website, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or solution to my issue after a week. My attempts to contact Stores Online over the years have been unfruitful, and I am concerned about the investment I have made. On December 4, [redacted], I ordered a 23-piece Copper Pot Set Ceramic Pot Set Non-Stick Induction from SHOBING online store. Unfortunately, they delivered my package to Anchorage, Alaska instead of my address. Despite multiple attempts, they have not resolved the issue and have redirected me to my local post office. Fed up with their lack of assistance, I expressed my frustration and threatened legal action and negative social media reviews. After one month, they claim to have resent the package, but I have yet to receive any tracking information for the shipment.

Hello, I made a purchase from Shobing in November, and they informed me that the package got lost. I have been in contact with them several times, and they keep reassuring me that the lost package has been re-ordered. They mentioned a waybill will be posted on my account, but now their website is inaccessible. I have requested a refund for the 20-piece pots and pans set multiple times.
