I have been working with your company for quite some time, my branch code is [redacted].
I have been trying to contact you through email and the company's support number for a while now, but I have not received any solution to my problem. Two girls, K and S, deceived me over the phone and tempted me to deposit Rs 1,50,[redacted] into the company's account on June 13th with the promise of getting [redacted] IDs placed. After the money was sent, I have not received any response from either the company or those two since. I have recordings and messages from them where they assured me that the retailers will be provided, and my files will be processed in a few days. However, it has been three months now, and there has been no update. I have tried to contact your corporate office, but your employees keep misleading me. I have reached out via email and phone numerous times.
I am now requesting you to resolve my issue, or else I will be forced to take action, and there will be no room for compromise.
