I stayed at the motel in Longview, Texas, and encountered some issues during my visit. I had reserved a two-bedroom suite due to my large family. Upon arrival, we checked in, went out for shopping, and then returned to our room. When I requested a cover for the pull-out couch at the front desk, the staff member brought it but questioned the number of people in the room when I asked for an extra blanket. I mentioned there were 10 people, and he contacted the manager who denied us further stay without offering an alternative room. We were asked to leave, and despite requesting a refund, we were informed it wasn't possible. Additionally, we paid a $57 security deposit that was supposed to be refunded the next day, but the front desk attendant called the police on us needlessly. We had packed our belongings and were on our way out when this happened. We had initially planned to stay the previous weekend but had to cancel due to a weather issue. The behavior of the front desk staff was unacceptable, especially towards our children. I am seeking assistance regarding the refund of the security deposit and the mistreatment we faced during our brief stay.

During our recent stay at the motel, we encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. Upon checking in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied by other guests, leading to an awkward encounter. Additionally, the TV in our room was not working throughout the night, as it prompted us to contact the cable provider, a matter that the front desk staff seemed unsure how to resolve. Furthermore, the pool, a key attraction for us in choosing this motel, was unavailable during our stay without any prior notice during booking. The parking situation was also problematic, as we were unable to find a spot due to others occupying multiple spaces, forcing us to park in a nearby lot. It seems this parking issue is common, and stricter measures should be in place to prevent it. We are seeking a refund for these inconveniences and would appreciate the contact information for Staybridge Suites corporate office in the United States.

My colleague and I had reservations at Staybridge Suites in Atlanta, Georgia - Midtown from July 9th to July 13th, [redacted]. Although my colleague, Temple N., booked using her credit card, upon check-in, my credit card was unexpectedly charged. Despite my request, the hotel staff, unwillingly, did not update the room reservation to my name, Georgine P. I am seeking a receipt for reimbursement, with my name on it instead of my colleague's.
