I am experiencing ongoing issues with the Mutual Fund office. Despite a favorable stock market, my 401k with your company has suffered losses and incurred repeated low balance fees, as evident by my statements. I am disheartened by the lack of returns and the feeling of being taken advantage of by your corporate office. After consulting with various investment firms that echo my sentiments, I have closed my Mutual Fund Accounts for the second time. Regrettably, I will also be promptly switching my auto insurance provider due to the loss of trust in State Farm. The moment my house is sold, I will be terminating my home insurance. I emphasized to your call center representative the urgency of investigating this matter thoroughly. Your approach of charging low balance fees, even with a combined account value over $[redacted].00, appears unjustified to me. The corporate policies seem to prioritize profits over the well-being of the customers, which is disheartening. In my opinion, State Farm's behavior has shifted towards opportunistic and harmful practices.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Subject: Request for Clarification on Policy Cancellation
Dear State Farm,
I am reaching out regarding Policy # E13 [redacted] D03 59B 4 under Alex Chicco's name at [redacted] Flamingo Place, Safety Harbor, FL [redacted]. Approximately 7 weeks ago, on May 1st, my son initiated the cancellation of coverage for our [redacted] Jeep Wrangler. Despite being informed by our agent that a revised bill would be issued following the cancellation process, I have yet to receive any confirmation or updated billing information.
I heeded our agent's advice to hold off on the previous bill, expecting a revised statement. It has now been over 2 weeks since the cancellation was processed, and I find myself facing an impending payment deadline without clarity on the status of the policy. Given the circumstances, I am reluctant to remit the full amount for what may only amount to a fraction of the coverage period.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Warm regards,
A. Chicco

Since our marriage in [redacted], my husband and I have trusted State Farm for our insurance needs, with agent Greg M. providing exceptional service in Nevada, Iowa. Unfortunately, recent experiences with our local office have been disappointing. Despite expressing interest in updating our home insurance policy, communication and follow-up have been lacking. After multiple attempts to reach out, we received a late payment notice instead of the revised policy details we requested. We value the coverage and service State Farm has historically provided but expect better communication and support.

A dear friend has a long-standing policy with your company. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the claim number she provided me. The accident in question happened on 08/21/[redacted], involving the policy holder, Christian G., along with two individuals named Daniel and Christopher B. Daniel was severely injured, and Christopher unfortunately passed away at the scene. I, Christopher's sister, am seeking guidance on how to proceed with the claim in this tragic situation. If you require further details, please contact me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you.

I recently received an unexpected email from State Farm regarding what seems to be a home claim that I did not make. The claim number mentioned is 27-[redacted]-G25. Without accessing the attachment, I want to clarify that I have not initiated any claims. The email cautions against sending sensitive information through unencrypted emails and advises to request a secure email channel if necessary. I'm unsure if this email is a phishing attempt.

On August 6th, I noticed several water leaks in the kitchen ceiling, which I suspected came from the Master Bath located above. Upon filing a claim with State Farm, I selected Service Master from the options provided for water remediation. Service Master began work on August 20th without needing to wait for the State Farm Adjuster. Unfortunately, once the adjuster examined the damage on August 24th, they claimed the leak was long-term and denied the claim. Service Master had already removed the shower components before this determination.
I am frustrated by State Farm's handling of my claim and the denial of coverage for the necessary repairs.
Sincerely,
Jay

Hello, I have been with State Farm for 21 months. My name is April B. and I contacted State Farm in both Houston, TX and here to inform them of my move to South Carolina and request a rate adjustment. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance. Initially, my policy indicated a cost of around $[redacted], but it has increased to about $[redacted] for a 40-year-old like me. I believe my new location should result in lower rates as it is a smaller area without even a Walmart nearby.
I am perplexed by the lack of resolution and the explanation that I cannot switch within the same company, while Geico offered me a quote of $[redacted] per month. I can be contacted via my email, [redacted]. I drive a basic [redacted] Hyundai with full front airbags and antilock brakes, yet I feel like I am being overcharged compared to the South Carolina average of $[redacted]. Additionally, I have a $[redacted] deductible instead of $[redacted]. I am puzzled by the conflicting information regarding competing with State Farm when both entities are under the same company.

As a building owner, I am currently dealing with a situation where my tenant, Doug Meyers of Modern Mobler at [redacted] Georgia Ave., Washington, DC, NW [redacted], has a State Farm insurance policy, and after a fire incident in the building, my insurance company's fire investigator needs to speak with Doug's desk adjuster. Despite repeated attempts to obtain this information from Doug, he has not provided the necessary contact details. My name is Namyong Kim, and the fire occurred on August 4, [redacted]. I am seeking assistance in obtaining Doug's claim adjuster's name, phone number, and claim number to move forward with the necessary restoration works. Your help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Namyong Kim

I have encountered numerous issues since starting my policy. Initially, I paid the monthly cost quoted at the office, only to discover I was double charged later, leading to an overdraft in my bank account. Upon contacting the office, I was informed that my last month's payment wasn't recognized, resulting in another double charge this month and another bank overdraft. I am reluctantly opting out of auto pay due to these persistent errors by State Farm. My name is Rusty D. and I am a customer at the State Farm office in DeWitt, Arkansas.

I was in a car accident on 10/16/18 and informed my insurance agent at Sf. After not hearing back, I visited the police department for the police report which showed the other driver was at fault for side-swiping me. When I told my agent, she suggested contacting the other driver's insurance, but I couldn't find their contact details. I asked the police officer for more information, and he questioned why I was handling things on my own instead of through my agent. I'm unsure about contacting the other driver's insurance. The only damage was to my side view mirror, and I need it fixed quickly for safety. This whole process is new to me, and the police officer said it shouldn't be this complicated. Any advice would be appreciated.

I was informed in September that I needed to make some repairs to my home to maintain insurance coverage with State Farm. Despite completing all the necessary work, including providing receipts, I was informed that my policy would not be renewed by November 1st, [redacted] due to the tree cutting work not being finished. I have a contract in place for the tree cutting scheduled on October 29th, [redacted]. I have sent the signed contract to my agent, but they have indicated that the work must be completed before the renewal date. I am concerned about losing home insurance coverage. I am unsure whether I should seek insurance elsewhere or if there is someone specific I should speak with regarding my situation at State Farm.

I purchased a rental dwelling policy through State Farm and paid two months' premium. However, I recently received a letter stating that the policy will not be issued due to a previous claim I had in [redacted], which I disclosed when I got the quote. As a result, I cannot reinstate my previous landlord policy with Liberty Mutual and would need to get a new policy with a 50% increased annual premium. I am disappointed by this situation and now regret canceling my previous policy with Liberty Mutual. I also had plans to get a renters policy with State Farm after canceling my auto policy with Liberty Mutual.

On October 20th, I received a letter from State Farm notifying me that my home insurance policy 58-EH-E465-2 would not be renewed because it did not comply with their new business underwriting requirements. The letter referenced two claims from [redacted] under a different insurer, which were actually misunderstandings as I was only seeking clarification on coverage. My current State Farm policy was initiated after meeting with agent Chad Haynes, who bundled it with auto coverage. Despite having no claims and timely payments, State Farm is now canceling my policy, leaving my family in a bind. My agent has tried unsuccessfully to reverse this decision. It seems unreasonable that my policy is being terminated due to a misunderstanding from over two years ago under a different insurer. I feel let down and frustrated by State Farm's decision-making process in this situation.

On October 5, [redacted], I was in an accident with a deer while driving my [redacted] CH-R. Last week, I was informed that my car was being painted and should be ready for pickup today or tomorrow. However, when I called today, I was told that State Farm took the car for further inspection, discovered more damage, and ordered parts. Considering the extensive damage, I wonder why State Farm didn't declare my car totaled, especially since the side airbag deployed. My insurance is due to be canceled on November 9th due to nonpayment, and I don't want to continue paying for insurance on a vehicle that perhaps should have been written off. Thank you. - J. Ott, Case #40-[redacted]-K59.

I need to inform the bank's online banking that I have not yet received the two ATM cards I requested. Also, if anyone tries to transfer money out of my bank accounts, please transfer all of it into my accounts immediately. I've noticed unauthorized transfers from my accounts originating in San Antonio, Texas. I discovered Rosemary Y. at [redacted] Bushy Creek, Crystal City, Texas, previously from Fredericksburg, as the main person behind these actions. She seems to be coordinating with the IRS. My controllers of accounts should not be using my Social Security number for these transactions. Please do not activate any of my ATM cards when they are mailed out until I confirm their receipt. Thank you and happy holidays.

My car was rear-ended on 11/13/[redacted] by an uninsured driver. The State Farm claims specialist was assigned on 11/15 and is located on the east coast. Despite several attempts to reach her, she has been unavailable and did not return my calls as promised. She mentioned trying to contact me when I was unavailable too. I requested a different Property Claim Specialist from the west coast, which is in a more suitable time zone for communication. Unfortunately, she has refused to reassign my claim. I am hoping to have a new Property Claim Specialist who is more accessible to handle my auto claim promptly and efficiently.

Dear Mr. Tipsord,
I have been a client of State Farm for 15 years with a $25K Whole Life Insurance Policy at $60 a month. My new [redacted] Toyota Camry is also insured with State Farm after a decade with my Kia. Last week, I tried to withdraw $1,[redacted] from my IRA on the website due to a disability exemption, but the new system caused a lot of confusion. My agent suggested I go through him for withdrawals instead.
After some back and forth, I was told to come in and sign paperwork, which I found frustrating as I prefer my financial information to be private and handled by professionals. An unexpected expense arose, and the delay in getting my money was causing issues with my bills. I felt the agent's lack of training and casual attitude were not reassuring.
I value the $[redacted] I pay monthly for insurance, so I am exploring other options as soon as my daughter's life insurance situation is resolved. It has been a disappointing experience overall.
Sincerely,
Theresa Clarke

I have some concerns regarding State Farm as a policyholder. I have not received a profit/loss statement, the right to vote for electric officers, or an opportunity to be elected for offices. Additionally, I feel disrespected by agents and adjusters, whom I believe work for me. I lack the ability to speak with underwriters, who I consider as working for me as a shareholder. I have also not received any share statement. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years for Homeowners and over 30 years for auto insurance. Despite only having a few claims, my rates have increased. When circumstances beyond my control arise, I expect better service than what was provided by a particular agent. However, Ms. Staci Kickland was a breath of fresh air after my negative experience, restoring my faith in State Farm. I would appreciate responses to my inquiries and resolution to my issues.

Subject: Re: Request for Insurance Quote
Dear State Farm,
My name is Brian C. Taylor, a 61-year-old male residing in California. I have been a loyal State Farm auto insurance customer since I was around 16 years old and also had homeowners insurance with you for over 12 years.
In [redacted], I moved from California to Tennessee, sold my house, and attempted to transition my insurance to cover my new home. However, the premium quoted by State Farm was too high, so I had to go with another provider. After selling my Tennessee property in [redacted] due to a divorce, I now live in Northridge, CA, and have recently purchased another home.
When inquiring about rejoining State Farm, I was informed that I would not be eligible for a customer discount due to the time I spent with another insurer. Despite not making any claims on my policy, I value the service provided by State Farm, and would like to explore options for auto, homeowners, and possibly umbrella coverage.
I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I eagerly anticipate your reply.
Warm regards,
Brian C. Taylor
