StartLogic Customer Service Issues

I've been with Startlogic for 20 years, but my services were cancelled due to hackers taking over my email and sending unauthorized messages. After contacting Startlogic, I was informed that my IP is blacklisted and specialists need to address the issue. However, in the meantime, my account has been permanently suspended. My business, Planetkendra, relies heavily on my email [redacted] I have been in touch with support for three weeks without a resolution. If this is not fixed, I will escalate this matter to news channels 10 & 12 to shed light on how Startlogic is jeopardizing my business.
