Hello! I appreciate the reliability you provide in my daily routine. I have a query about a specific Starbucks location in Moncks Corner, SC. When I order my triple espresso with white mocha and oat milk, I've noticed an extra charge for the additional oat milk. Despite explaining my order, I was told their system doesn't allow for "extra splash" without an added cost. This differs from other Starbucks I've visited. I prefer a strong espresso taste with my add-ins and am not looking for excessive milk in my drink. Additionally, I find it uncomfortable when the staff asks for customers' names over the drive-thru system. Thank you for addressing these concerns. Hello, I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. My usual order is a coffee Frappuccino with a shot of espresso and whipped cream, totaling around six dollars. I am reaching out because this is the second time I have encountered an issue with my drink. When I went through the drive-thru, the lid was not properly secured on the cup, causing the beverage to spill on my shirt and car seat. I raised this concern in-store, and I was informed that the lids may not always fit securely due to their size. This is a safety issue that Starbucks should address promptly. If a hot drink were to spill on someone while they are driving, it could lead to serious consequences. I recently visited a store in Denver, Colorado on Santa Fe Drive where I ordered a sugar oatmeal vintage drink and a bacon Gouda. The total was around $11. I handed a $20 bill to the employee, who was being trained by a manager. The manager told him he couldn't accept the money unless it was more than half of the total. After driving away, the manager called me a derogatory term. This behavior is unacceptable, and I believe she should be terminated for her lack of customer service skills.

I purchased some coffee mugs from Starbucks, but the paint is coming off, which seems potentially harmful if ingested. I have tried contacting Starbucks without success, and the lack of itemized receipts through the app makes it challenging to return items. Even though the 20 oz mugs were difficult to find, I bought them from various stores during my travels. Unfortunately, my local store is unwilling to exchange the defective mugs, and even the replacements I received had the same quality problem.

Yesterday, on Friday, March 31st, I visited the Laurel Village Starbucks in San Francisco. After purchasing my latte at 1:06 pm, I moved to the barista area. Despite the lack of customers, I was ignored by staff chatting amongst themselves. When I inquired about my order, a young Caucasian woman eventually made my coffee but was dismissive and impolite. When I asked for the manager, the same woman claimed to be in charge, which disappointed me. As an 80-year-old woman, I don't believe it is reasonable to make me wait and then address me disrespectfully. The manager's unprofessionalism is concerning, and I feel someone more suitable should be leading that store. - Maureen S.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my bank account from Starbucks. I have reported this to my bank, Charles Schwab Bank, and they have issued me two new debit cards since January due to this fraud. The transactions are occurring even after receiving the new debit card. The amounts are consistently round numbers, usually around $40. I live alone and no one has access to my banking information. I am concerned about how this is happening and would like to know how to prevent further unauthorized debits from occurring.

I visited your Scherteville, IN store this morning and ordered a venti pink drink. Unfortunately, I was told they were out of strawberries, a key part of the drink. I inquired about a discount due to the missing ingredient, but was informed that discounts are not given in such cases. Despite feeling it was unfair to pay full price without receiving all components, I proceeded with the order. It struck me as unjust to charge for ingredients that are unavailable, especially considering customers are usually charged for extra ingredients. Could you please clarify if this is the company's policy? Thank you.

I ordered my usual drink from Starbucks via the app. I quickly went to pick it up during a break from work. However, the drink tasted watered down and lacked sweetness. I noticed it was missing the caramel lining the cup. I rushed back to the store and asked for extra caramel to be added on top, as I didn't have time for a remake. The cashier kindly offered to redo it, but time pressured, I opted for the quick fix. Now back at my desk, the drink still tastes diluted and lacks the extra caramel and syrups I paid for. Unfortunately, I don't have the time today to get a replacement.

The Starbucks experience in the UAE is becoming disappointing with each visit as the orders don't turn out as expected. At the Al Masoudi branch, a recent encounter with rude staff added to the frustration. Last week, an iced shaken coffee with two shots and one pump was mostly white mocha and milk, lacking sufficient coffee. Similarly, the drive-thru at the Mahawi branch also seems to face issues with accuracy. A grande iced shaken with three shots and two pumps of white mocha turned out to be mostly milk with little coffee. These inconsistencies are not what I expect after spending my money. I hope for a solution to ensure that my orders are prepared correctly, as I don't want to continue wasting money on beverages that don't meet my expectations.

I had $15.25 in my Starbucks wallet on the Apple App, which I couldn't access because I was hospitalized. After contacting the chat representative, $15.12 was refunded to my Starbucks wallet. However, when I recently went to a Starbucks to make a purchase, I was embarrassed when the barista said there was no money in my account despite what the chat rep had assured me.
