I prefer Starkist Tuna, specifically the $4.99 pouch. Our household consumes about 3 large pouches and 2-3 smaller pouches regularly. Recently, I found black debris resembling small worms in one of the large pouches as I was making tuna salad. I am hesitant to use it even for my cats due to concerns about its quality. I can provide photos if necessary. Upon checking another large pouch, I discovered similar markings but no black substance. I would appreciate a refund for the affected pouch, including FL tax, or a coupon for a replacement large pouch. The product details are as follows: Product of Ecuador, Best if used by Nov 9, [redacted], with batch number 8323GE D CJW07 D6 06:45 [redacted].

I have a fondness for salmon salad, a dish my mother used to make with canned salmon. Recently, my husband bought me a can, and I decided to make the salad. However, upon opening the can, I was taken aback by the skin, discolored meat, and bones I found. Removing these elements left me with a lot of mushy meat and peculiar tube pieces. Coming from a coastal background, I've always enjoyed quality seafood, but the contents of this can left much to be desired. I later noticed on the back of the can, in small white letters, the warning "contains bones," a detail I had missed initially. I suggest producing canned salmon without bones, skin, and mush, or at the very least, prominently labeling the can with "contains bones and skin." Although I managed to create the salad, the experience has put me off from eating it. I have photos of the contents if you're interested. Just offering some constructive feedback for improvement.
