I contacted your Staples rebate center via email and received an incomplete response. I successfully submitted my rebate on 2/26, but have yet to receive the rebate card. The system confirmed my request, and I would like an update on the status of my rebate. The response I received stated, "...please with a copy of your receipt and UPC labels." However, it is unclear what I am supposed to do with these items. If you require me to mail them, please provide the address. Additionally, since I submitted the rebate electronically, why can't you locate the electronic copy in your system for reference?

I am a business owner along with my wife, and we are members of Staples rewards under the number [redacted]. Recently, I visited the Laurel, Md. store and made a purchase of $94.10 worth of office supplies. I attempted to use two Staples rebates cards that had passed their "valid thru" date, but according to the card terms, the funds do not expire. However, when I presented the cards, I was informed they had no value left. After calling the number on the back of the cards, the automated system also confirmed they were worthless. Despite my efforts to speak with a representative, I was unable to do so. I am quite disappointed by this experience and am contemplating discontinuing my Staples Rewards membership and taking my business elsewhere. Before making that decision, I am providing Staples with an opportunity to rectify the situation by honoring the value of the cards.

I received a Staples Easy Rebate Visa Debit Card in the mail back in the autumn of [redacted]. Soon after, I moved and stored the card in a box. Recently, while cleaning out the box, I rediscovered the expired card from March [redacted]. I had forgotten about it, or I would have used it earlier. I completed the necessary steps to earn this rebate, and I believe I should still be allowed to redeem it despite the time that has passed. Rebates or earned credits like this should not have expiration dates. Customers should have the flexibility to use their rebates or credits at their convenience. I kindly request Staples to honor the rebate and issue a new card or check (without an expiration date) that I can use at any Staples store. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
