We bought VIP tickets for Busch Bash on July 30th. The tickets stated to be at gate six at 4:45pm for entry. Arriving early, we were first in line at gate six. Despite this, the gate workers said the time on the ticket didn't matter, and the gates would open at 5:45pm. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were instructed to go to gate one. This caused us to be far back in line, met by gate workers who were unaware of the special tickets. Eventually, we entered at 5:15pm along with everyone else. Although we received autographs and bobbleheads, the lack of communication and service was disappointing. Contacting the admin office did not lead to a resolution as the worker at the gate did not acknowledge the 4:45pm entry time. Despite our regular ticket purchases, the disregard by the Cardinal game day staff was unacceptable, leaving a negative impression on customer service. We will continue to support the Cardinals, but this experience has tarnished our view of their customer service.

While passing by Busch Stadium with my wife, we decided to catch the Cardinals play against the Brewers. After locating the ticket line for veterans, we waited patiently for an hour to purchase tickets. Upon reaching the ticket booth, I presented my VA card assuming it would confirm my veteran status. However, the attendant informed me that as a Vietnam veteran without retirement status, I did not qualify for priority. Despite this, I purchased two $75 tickets and enjoyed witnessing the Cardinals' 10-0 victory over the Brewers. Feeling disheartened by the experience, I believe there should be clearer guidelines to prevent confusion for veterans in the future. Best wishes to the Cardinals. - Reed H. from West Jordan, UT.

As a lifelong 73-year-old Cardinal fan, the absence of baseball due to COVID-19 has been disappointing to me. Throughout my life, the beauty of baseball was that it remained a game rather than a political platform. As a business owner myself, I refrain from discussing politics to maintain a neutral environment for all customers. Unfortunately, sports have veered from this principle. The recent decision by the Cardinals to allow employees to advocate certain agendas has led my wife and me to lose respect for the organization and the players. It's disheartening to see a game marred by politics. Although it may not impact the large organization significantly, it marks a personal loss for a devoted fan like myself. Consequently, we have chosen to disassociate from supporting the Cardinals moving forward, a difficult decision given my longstanding love for baseball.

While seated in Row 11 of Section [redacted] at the game, my fiancé and I were enjoying ourselves until an employee, possibly named Cindy in a black shirt with white hair, targeted a gentleman with a handicap. This employee repeatedly asked the man to sit down despite the section joining in chants and cheers. The handicapped man was eventually removed from the game, which left many of us feeling upset and frustrated. Even the officers acknowledged the situation afterward. This incident of singling out one individual amid a cheering crowd doesn't reflect well on the Cardinals organization. It soured an otherwise fantastic playoff baseball experience for us. The behavior exhibited towards this man seemed unjust and unnecessary.

On July 30, [redacted], I was struck on my left shoulder by a foul ball while seated behind home plate. Following the incident, I received care from First Aid. I've been diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear in my left shoulder, preventing me from working. First Aid mentioned that The St. Louis Cardinals' office would reach out to compensate for the pain and inconvenience caused by my injury. I provided my name, address, and phone number at that time but have not yet heard from the Cardinal Team office. Recently, I underwent shoulder x-rays which were sent to an Orthopedic Surgeon for further evaluation and potential surgery.
