On December 10, I attempted to send $[redacted] to Matthew Huntington through Square Cash ($MatthewHuntington). Even though my Bank of America account reflected the payment processing, Square Cash informed me that the money was returned due to a security issue. After reaching out to Square Cash, Amy from Square Cash Support assured me that she had updated my Square Cash account and mentioned that "it may take 1-3 business days to post these funds" to my account. I am still waiting for the $[redacted] to be returned to my account. Thank you.

I am frustrated because I have been trying for four days to have my money returned to my account. I keep receiving excuses requesting more information. I sent $[redacted] to my son, and it is stuck in his Cash App. Besides his bank account connected to Cash App, he does not have a Cash account. I have provided his name, email address, phone number, my phone number, and a picture of the transaction multiple times. If the information is needed again, I will involve my local attorney general’s office. My Cash App account name is Neenee36, sender telephone number is [redacted], recipient's phone number is [redacted], recipient's email is [redacted], and his account name is Tayshon Mack. Destiny from customer service is offering assistance, but the service has not been satisfactory. Please refund the money or transfer it to his checking account promptly. Thank you.

I registered on the $Cash app to send money to my grandsons when required. On April 11, [redacted], I sent $[redacted] to my grandson, but Cash deducted the amount twice. One $[redacted] transfer went to my grandson, and the other deduction had no recipient specified. I notified my bank, Wells Fargo, and they rectified the duplicate deduction by crediting $[redacted] back to my account the following day. However, on April 30, [redacted], they deducted the $[redacted] from my grandson instead. The money he needed is now missing. I am unsure where the money went, as my account was not credited again. Despite my grandson emailing them without a resolution, it has been nearly a month with no contact number provided. If this issue persists, I will escalate it to the BBB for assistance.

I recently made a purchase on eBay on 4/26 for $86 using my Cash App Debit card. After realizing I ordered the wrong item, I contacted the seller who refunded the $86 on 4/27 back to my Cash App account. However, the refund remained in review status. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Square support, my balance of $71 is inaccessible, and the $86 refund is still pending. After being informed via email that my account would be closed, my attempts to communicate with Square have been unproductive. I feel frustrated with the lack of assistance and the unresolved refund situation. I am determined to pursue the return of my $[redacted] as it is rightfully mine, and I seek help in addressing this ongoing issue.

I have been trying to reach Square Cash for over two weeks now with no response to my emails. They are withholding $[redacted] that belongs to me. Despite being patient and attempting to contact Cash App, I have received no assistance. I am currently homeless and in a critical situation. The lack of response from Cash App has left me without access to food. I am disappointed in their failure to address my requests even after I cooperated fully.

I purchased a birthday shirt on 05/10, expecting it before my grandson's 05/23 birthday. It did not arrive as promised. I am seeking a full refund. The seller assured me it would be here on time, but the shirt is missing on my grandson's 5th birthday. After initially responding promptly, the seller has not replied since last night at 7:30. I ordered two shirts, one for Mother's Day and one for my grandson's birthday with his name and "birthday boy" on it. Originally, I was supposed to pick them up, but the seller wanted to deliver them to my job. There were supposed to be two shirts, but only one was delivered. The other shirt was promised to be sent the following weekend, but that did not happen. When I asked about it, the seller said she would mail it on the 21st, which would not have it in time for my grandson's 23rd birthday. I informed her about the birthday plans, and she assured me it would arrive without any issues. However, now there's no response on his birthday. I have all the necessary screenshots for proof.

I have been trying to retrieve the $35 that I was supposed to receive on May 1st for almost a month now. I have provided my personal information to a customer service representative named Ivan, but no one from Square Cash has helped me. I have sent countless emails trying to get a response, but no one has replied. I am frustrated and feel like I am being scammed by this company. I need my money urgently, but no one is assisting me. I have even requested a corporate address to escalate the matter. I just want to know what I need to do to get the money that is rightfully mine.

On April 9, [redacted], my daughter used the cash app to borrow money from me, for which I provided my account number. However, there have been over 75 unauthorized withdrawals totaling approximately $[redacted] from my checking account to Square Cash without my consent. These withdrawals have caused overdraft fees and drained my account. Despite my daughter speaking with a representative to request a refund and closing her Square Cash account, the issue remains unresolved. I received money, but it was sent to a closed account linked to my old social security number. Last March, I made a mistake and the sender, LindaGuare, transferred $[redacted].04 to $chachacia instead of LuciaFongaro. The money has been deducted from Linda's account. The web receipt number for the transaction is #SCMWSTY. How can I retrieve these funds? I am unsure of the next steps to take.

I accidentally cashed out when I meant to withdraw money. I urgently need the funds that were directly deposited onto my card. While troubleshooting why I couldn't withdraw from an ATM, I mistakenly selected cash out. Now the amount is pending to be deposited into an account that I can't access, and it won't be available until Monday. How can I cancel the cash out request? The process seems unclear, and I urgently need to rectify this mistake.

I have my Square Cash deposit set to Auto Cash Out and Standard. Without changing this setting, I recently got a payment, and only a portion was instantly deposited into my account. I expected the rest to come later due to my standard deposit choice. However, when I received another payment, the same thing happened. I checked the app and saw that it was set for instant deposit with a 1% fee, which I didn't change. No one else has access to my phone or the app. This seems to be an issue with the app changing my settings on its own. I have used Square Cash for a while and have always opted for the free deposit option. Can you please help me with this matter?

On May 30, [redacted], a Google Pay customer sent me a payment of $[redacted], which was directed to an old Cash App account linked to my Google Pay. Despite being informed by a representative named Sydney that the payment had been received and would be corrected, I have yet to see the funds in my correct account. After multiple emails and a lapse of four days, I am still waiting for resolution. Could someone please assist me in retrieving my $[redacted] from Google or ensuring it reaches my Cash App account?

I received an email stating that my bank account has been unlinked. The email did not specify if this happened before or after the deposit date. I have already replied to inquire about accessing the funds and have not yet received any guidance. Additionally, I am unsure why or how the account was unlinked as I did not request this change. Please provide assistance promptly.

On June 8th, I had $[redacted].00 sent to my closed out account. I received a notice that it was sent back to the original sender, but it was never received by me. Subsequently, another $[redacted].00 was sent to my correct account, but once again, it was not received nor returned. This has been ongoing for a week now. The original sender has received a notice that the money was sent to my account and it has been deducted from their checking account. We are in urgent need of resolving this issue promptly as it has caused unnecessary stress. I have attempted to obtain a customer code via text without success. Please provide me with a customer code or address how this matter will be handled. It's critical that this is resolved within the next 24 hours.

Hello, I recently utilized Square Cash to transfer $30 between two banks. Initially, I linked my debit card from one bank to fund my Square Cash account, and then connected my other bank to withdraw the $30 without any issues. However, when I attempted to transfer an additional $45, an error message stating "this transfer failed" appeared when I tried to add the money to Square Cash. I am puzzled as to why the first transfer was successful but the subsequent one failed. I hope I have not violated any terms of service as I cannot fathom that using Square Cash for interbank transfers could be against their policies. I am seeking advice on resolving this issue as my other bank's physical location makes it challenging to access alternative transfer methods. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received $[redacted] through the Cash App. When I attempted to deposit it into my bank account instantly, it was repeatedly rejected. Surprisingly, instead of completing the transfer and subsequently reversing it, the app deducted $[redacted] from my bank account, resulting in an overdraft. Today (Monday), the app was supposed to refund the deducted amount and then credit me with the $[redacted] sent to me, but it failed to do so. I am extremely frustrated with this situation, and I intend to report this issue as fraud and involve the authorities because my money was taken unlawfully. The app removed the funds from the sender's bank account but failed to transfer them to my account, leaving me with a negative balance. I am reaching my limit and will pursue legal action due to this fraudulent activity and the mishandling of both my money and the sender's funds.

On June 1st, my Square Cash card was stolen, and $[redacted] was taken from it. I have been in contact with Square Cash, providing them with the police report, officer's name and badge number, as well as details of the stores visited by the thief which I received via email. There is even a description of the lady who committed the theft. I urgently need my funds refunded to restore trust in my business for customers who are concerned about the security of their transactions.

I recently noticed a $10 fee every time I used my credit card on Cash App to send money to a friend. My bank informed me that Square Cash made changes in how they send money, now treating it like a wire transfer with the $10 charge. I wasn't informed about this change and wouldn't have chosen this method if I had known about the additional fee. I've had four transfers with this charge totaling $40, which is a significant amount for me. I am a big fan of Cash App and plan to get a cash card, but the unexpected fee has been a financial burden. I kindly request assistance in getting these fees refunded, as I was not made aware of this new charging structure.

On June 24, [redacted], my bank's detection center contacted me about unusual activity on my Visa card. Upon checking my account, I discovered 32 debit/credit transactions from Square Cash. Of these, 26 were $1 and -$1 transactions, 2 were $10 and -$10, 2 were $20 and -$20, and 2 were $60 and -$60, along with one $10.00 charge. I have a bank statement that details these charges. I did not authorize any of these transactions and am unsure why they occurred.
