Hello, I am contacting you regarding user preferences in Sprout. Currently, our agency has 2 users who can post on social media through Sprout. Unfortunately, the secondary user is experiencing difficulty posting on Instagram directly from his profile. He is receiving the following message: "Please select publisher for your Instagram profile to continue. The publisher will get a push notification and then post via the Sprout Mobile App." Could you please provide instructions on how to grant my colleague the same publishing rights that I have? I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you and I anticipate your prompt response.

My grandmother, a loyal customer of your store, recently purchased two items that she is unable to use due to health reasons. She genuinely enjoys shopping at your establishment. However, she now faces a challenge as the company is declining to accept the return of the items. She is not seeking a refund; she is simply requesting store credit. The rejection by the company is disappointing and unjust. I am extremely frustrated and considering seeking legal assistance to address this issue on behalf of my distressed grandmother.
