My order number is [redacted]63. I had to return the product because I couldn't get the backflow assembly apart to use your kit. There's nothing wrong with your product. I never opened the package. I returned it on 07/27/20 via USPS tracking number [redacted][redacted]43. I checked, and it showed it was delivered back to you. I tried to log back on to your website but couldn't. It said it would send me a new password or something to get logged on, but it never happened. I don't agree with your restocking fee. I was taught to have the repair parts on hand before attempting any assembly repairs. I work a full-time job besides doing this on the side. At this time, my time is very valuable to me, and I'm spending more than I wanted to on this issue. I hope you can resolve it. Thanks sincerely, Reuben McCrary. P.S. I would like a refund.
