I recently made a purchase from Steiner Sports for some memorabilia. I received an email from them today confirming that my order is on its way and should arrive soon. I noticed that I also received an email from your company stating that the item I ordered from Steiner has been shipped to me, even though I didn't order anything from your website. When I tried to contact your customer service through the website, I couldn't find a phone number to call for assistance. I will now try calling the number listed for your organization in hopes of resolving this issue. Just to clarify, I did not place an order with you, and if the item is delivered, I will not accept it or pay for it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am looking for information on a rare item I possess, a [redacted] blank back Pete Rose Topps baseball card. I received an offer of $4,[redacted] for it in the past but declined. I believe it might be unique as it is not listed in any guide, and no one I have spoken to has heard of it. I have owned this card since [redacted] and even knew the original owner from school. I purchased a 16x20 framed autographed photo of a football player as a Christmas gift. I last spoke to a live person two weeks ago who mentioned it was being framed and sent out shortly after. My phone number used for the order is [redacted]. When I call, I only reach a recorded message stating they have no record of my order. I have been a loyal customer, spending a significant amount, and this order was over $[redacted]! I am desperate to track the status of my order. Please assist me in resolving this matter. I do not wish to join any company or pay additional fees as suggested in the recording. My main concern is locating my grandson's Christmas present. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble reaching anyone at this company. I am attempting to cancel an order before it ships.
- Despite their stated operating hours, I have been waiting on hold for 2 hours after being informed of a short wait time.
- The Live chat feature is not functional on their website, with no visible option to start a chat.
- The automated system cannot locate my order using the order number or my phone number, although they have already debited $[redacted] from my bank account.
- No email contact information is provided.
I urgently need to cancel this order as per their instructions, but there seems to be no way to communicate with anyone at this company.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out about a soccer shirt I bought from your website several years ago. I have misplaced the authentication certificate that came with the shirt, but it does have the SM hologram above the signature. However, when I attempt to verify it on your website, it shows as an invalid hologram. I would greatly appreciate your help with this issue. The shirt in question is a Ryan Giggs Manchester United jersey signed by him. I am not a U.S. citizen, so I am unable to contact the customer support phone number.
