I'm frustrated because the sizing information for my coats was completely inaccurate. I reached out via email to request a return and shipping label four business days ago, but I have not received any confirmation yet. I have only 15 days left to return the merchandise for a refund, and I cannot find any information on how to proceed from your company. Additionally, no one is answering the customer service telephone number, which is very disappointing. I wonder why it's not possible to simply download a shipping label from your website, like most other companies allow.
