I had a concerning experience at store #[redacted] in St. Petersburg, FL with William, the manager. He lacks respect for both employees and customers, especially those he deems less affluent. I witnessed him berating a man, even using offensive language, simply because the customer didn't want to receive change after paying with a specific amount of money. His treatment of employees is equally unacceptable; he even swore at an off-duty staff member who was essentially a customer at the time. The store needs to address William's rude behavior and consider better compensating the staff who endure his disrespectful ways. It's clear he lacks the skills needed to interact courteously. The management should either improve conditions or take necessary action to resolve this issue.

I recently visited the Speedway gas station located at [redacted] Appleton in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. About an hour ago, I made a purchase of cigarettes, Skittles, and gas, with receipt number [redacted]. I experienced delays in getting the gas pump turned on correctly, dealing with an employee named Kaley. Despite my patience, the service was frustrating. The staff seemed more focused on personal conversations than assisting customers promptly. Kaley initially mixed up the pump numbers, creating additional inconvenience. Another staff member handled a similar issue with a disrespectful attitude. I have been a loyal Speedway customer for over 15 years and have never encountered such disrespectful treatment. I urge the management to review the incident, which occurred around 1:53 p.m. on August 11th. I demand a resolution and expect better service from Speedway in the future.

Good afternoon,
I am writing this email to report an incident of harassment and verbal assault by your cashier, Kalven. He made inappropriate and offensive comments, including questioning my sexuality. I witnessed him behaving similarly with other customers. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
When I requested to speak to a manager, I was referred to Lori, who seemed uninterested and asked not to be informed by phone. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, the lack of response from the manager, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
Kindly contact me at [redacted].
Best regards,
Cheyenne Hardy

Subject: Issue with Speedway Fencing at [redacted] Federal St. Greenfield, MA
Dear Speedway,
Due to a recent severe storm, sections of your six-foot tall fencing were blown into my backyard at 12 Riddell St., Greenfield, MA. This fence is essential for privacy, acts as a sound barrier, and prevents car headlights from shining into my bedroom windows at night. I kindly request that these fence sections be repaired or replaced to maintain a good neighborly environment. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Christopher R. Lane

Hello, I recently visited Speedyway to purchase a prepaid Visa card. I paid $[redacted] in cash to load the card, but unfortunately, when I tried to use it, there was no balance. The cashier assured me that everything was fine, but clearly, the money was not transferred to the card. This happened on January 3rd and despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the funds are still missing. I simply want my money refunded. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael.

I double-checked my money, amounting to $38 before entering the store. After leaving $13 in the car, I had $25 in mostly one-dollar bills and a couple of five-dollar bills. I handed this to the cashier and asked for $20 on pump 6. Something felt off as there seemed to be more ones than accounted for. Upon querying, the cashier insisted I gave $20. I assumed I might have put the $5 back in my wallet. Expecting $18 in return, I found only $13 left. I returned to confirm with the cashier who recounted and assured me it was only $20. Feeling uncertain, I asked if the security cameras could be checked. This occurred at the store on Lincolnway in Massillon near 7th Street, where the cashier had bright dark purple hair.

During my shift last night, a customer unexpectedly interrupted a private conversation I was having with a coworker. Despite answering his question, the customer became agitated and demanded I move to the back of the store. Tensions escalated, and the customer raised his voice and gestured aggressively. In response, I held my ground and mirrored his actions. I believe I handled the situation professionally without showing disrespect. My concern now is whether I have been terminated without having the opportunity to share my perspective on the incident.

I am looking to address an ongoing issue I am experiencing with my manager, Anna, at the Speedway in Elgin, located at [redacted] Big Timber (Store Number [redacted]). Despite my efforts to assist and cooperate, it seems challenging to secure requested time off compared to other colleagues. Several employees at the Speedway can attest to this. Whenever I attempt to discuss concerns with Anna, she dismisses them, implying that everyone just wants to be in charge. I am feeling unfairly treated despite my hard work and dedication. One particular coworker named Jamal consistently leaves early and disregards work schedules, even after being warned. It creates a difficult work environment for me. I am eager to find a resolution to this situation promptly.

I recently had a negative experience at Speedway in Lexington, KY. They insisted that I give my service dog to one of them to take outside before they would serve me. The girl who handled the situation was not kind at all. I believe Speedway and their employees broke the law by acting this way. It is essential for Speedway to educate their staff about the laws concerning service dogs. If this happens again, I will not hesitate to seek legal advice to address the issue. The importance of service dogs should be respected due to their role in supporting individuals with mental health conditions like myself.

When I applied for the assistant manager position I saw on Indeed, it was because I was interested in that role. However, after being hired by Jessica for a cashier associate position working the night shift, I felt misled. I was eager to start the onboarding process but after days of not hearing back and Jessica avoiding me, I felt confused. When she mentioned during a meeting that the store needed an assistant manager instead of an associate, but then decided against it, I was left feeling discriminated against. Additionally, I was upset to hear that some staff members were speaking negatively about me without even knowing me. I noticed a lack of diversity among the employees which made me question the fairness of the hiring process. I will be looking into legal advice as this experience has left me feeling unheard. I want to raise awareness about my disappointing experience with Speedway and address any issues of discrimination within the company.

Last night, around 12:30 to 1:00, I visited my local Speedway in Maryland to buy lottery tickets. I spent $27 on scratch-off tickets, which included 12 $1 tickets and 5 $3 fireball bingo tickets. However, I only received 3 of the $3 tickets. I've tried calling the store more than 10 times, but no one has answered. I can't go back to the store immediately, and I would appreciate it if they could provide me with the missing $3 ticket. Please assist me with this matter.

This past Sunday, I visited Speedway with my girlfriend and our dog to get our daily coffee. While inside getting my coffee, my girlfriend and dog were waiting outside. When I came out and sat down to enjoy my coffee, I noticed two individuals next to me who weren't supposed to be there. When employees asked them to leave, one complied, but the other caused a commotion. The situation escalated when the employee reached for a gun. Given the severity of the matter due to past experiences, I intervened and questioned the necessity of the gun. The employee became agitated, verbally abused me, and physically assaulted me, resulting in injuries. I am deeply troubled by the incident and find it concerning that the company is not taking appropriate action. I have sent an email regarding the matter and am committed to pursuing it further.

Last Sunday, I went to Speedway with my girlfriend's dog, as we do every day. While I was inside getting my coffee, my girlfriend and the dog were waiting outside. When I came out to join them, there were a couple of people sitting nearby who I didn't know. Shortly after, two employees approached the individuals and asked them to leave. One left, but the other got agitated. Things escalated quickly when one of the employees went to get a gun. Due to a personal experience involving gun violence, this alarmed me. I intervened and questioned the need for a gun in that situation. The employee became aggressive, verbally and physically assaulting me. I sustained injuries to my face and mouth. This incident deeply upset me, especially as I had tried to handle it calmly. I have already emailed Speedway about this but feel they are not taking it seriously. I am determined to pursue this matter further.

As an employee at [redacted] West Kettleman in Lodi, California, our store experienced a robbery this morning. As new employees, we are unsure of the necessary steps to take. The incident occurred at 5:30 am when a female employee was alone. Despite following correct procedures, the owner instructed us to clean up the store, which is in disarray with missing money, wires, and computers. We are struggling to put everything back together as we are unfamiliar with the setup. Concerns for the employee's well-being, as her keys, purse, and phone were taken, outweigh the urgency to reopen the store. We believe this response lacks professionalism. Shouldn't there be a protocol to follow in such situations where an employee is robbed at gunpoint?

The service quality at the local Speedway has been deteriorating over the past year. Recently, I visited during business hours to find the gas pumps off and the store locked. On purchasing breakfast bars and drinks, I discovered that every item was expired, from candy to juices. The store is disorganized with empty lottery ticket dispensers, no straws, and occasional shortages of cups and stock. This consistent issue of unavailability and expired goods is inconvenient, leading me to opt for another store with reliable and fresh products to avoid wasted time at the poorly managed Speedway.

I visited Speedway at Catskill, New York, store number [redacted], and used my child support card to buy $40.00 in gas. Despite having over $70.00 on the card, the transaction was declined twice. Upon checking with Way2Go customer service, they confirmed the charge went through, leaving me with a balance of $30.00. Despite the card company confirming the payment, the cashier disputed it. The manager, Michael Rowen, was unhelpful and dismissive. After contacting Speedway customer support and initiating a dispute which will take five days to resolve, I sought to file a complaint about the poor service. However, I faced difficulties as the employees were uncooperative and unhelpful when requesting to speak to a supervisor.

The Speedway on [redacted] North Ridge Rd in Lorain, Ohio, is incredibly disappointing. I have made the decision to never return. The pumps always run out of receipt paper, the windshield buckets are always empty, and the employees spend their time smoking outside rather than attending to these issues. Despite reporting these problems before, it seems like corporate has no control over the situation. It's disheartening for customers, especially those like me with disabilities, to encounter such neglect from the staff and managers. I will be sure to share my experience with others as a form of feedback.

I am disappointed with the Speedway store in Pulaski, VA [redacted]. They are unable to order the Marlboro Blues cigarettes I prefer due to issues with their new computer app. The store manager refuses to seek assistance from IT or manually input the order, causing a shortage of cigarettes and Slurpee lids. I am frustrated with the lack of initiative from the manager and may need to find another store to purchase my cigarettes.

I have noticed that the Delhi Speedway in Cincinnati, located at the corner of Anderson Ferry and Foley Road, is consistently dirty regardless of the time of day. The mop bucket contains black water and a dirty mop, while the counter by the coffee station is messy. Additionally, there are cigarette butts near the counter. In contrast, the Speedway on Neeb Road and Rapid Run, although smaller, is clean, as are other Speedways in Cincinnati. Other customers and I have observed this difference. The issue could be resolved by cleaning it up. Thank you.

I have been informed multiple times that I am not welcome in the store due to an incident where I was allegedly disrespectful. However, what the employee fails to acknowledge is the derogatory language she used towards me. When I confronted her about smoking marijuana in front of the store while children were present, she responded rudely. She also threatened me, claiming her boyfriend would harm me and banned me from the Speedway indefinitely. I am frustrated with her unprofessional behavior and the hostile environment she has created.
