I want to clarify that I have never had an account with Sparklett Water, nor have I resided at [redacted] Oakhill Apt 36, Ontario, CA [redacted]. I have contacted Sparklett Water on July 10 and 11 to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received assistance. I have identified the person responsible for opening this account and they are willing to take care of the matter. I am requesting a letter from your company confirming that the account has been settled and will be removed from my credit report. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Hello, My name is Altwan Evans, and I live at [redacted] Yorba Linda Court, Sun City, CA [redacted]. I recently had an issue with Sparklett's Water, which resulted in me being in collections with DS Service of America Inc. After speaking with a representative from DS Service, I explained that I have never had an account with Sparklett's Water at [redacted] E. Oak Hill Apt. 36, Ontario, CA [redacted]. They advised me to file a police report, which I understand. However, I am currently in the process of purchasing a home, and my loan officer found this on my credit report. They have requested that I pay the outstanding amount and obtain a deletion letter from either DS Service or Sparklett's Water, confirming that it has been paid and removed from my credit history. Despite being promised a call back on Thursday, I have not heard from anyone yet. I am prepared to settle the payment, but I urgently require this letter for my loan application. On Sunday night, 9-30-18, a 5-gallon water bottle leaked and flooded my dining room. The huge area rug, foam cushion backing, and wooden floor underneath are all soaking wet and emitting a strong smell. Despite calling customer service in Atlanta multiple times, I was promised a call back from "Ruben," which never happened. After following up, Miguel Rodriguez left a message but failed to return my call. As a disabled senior with health issues and a baby in the house, mold and mildew from the water damage pose a serious health risk. I am requesting authorization for professional clean-up services to be arranged promptly to avoid further expenses and health consequences. Sparkletts' poor service in replacing the leaked bottle and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. I urge for a resolution before the situation escalates. Thank you.

I am requesting assistance with the retrieval of my equipment and removal from collections. As a loyal Sparkletts customer for over two years, our water deliveries suddenly stopped due to a terminated employee who was reportedly lying about the deliveries. Despite multiple requests for equipment pick-up before and after moving homes, Sparkletts failed to collect it. We even offered to settle any outstanding balance, but the equipment was never retrieved. Unfortunately, our account was improperly sent to collections despite our attempts to resolve the matter directly with Sparkletts. This has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal, and I am hesitant to recommend Sparkletts to anyone based on this experience.

I called Sparkletts to pay my account, but I was informed it was in collections and needed to contact them for payment. After reaching out to the collection agency, they had no records of my account and required an account number. After several calls between Sparkletts and the collection agency, they couldn't find my account. Frustrated, I spoke to Ieshia at Sparkletts, who seemed unhelpful and didn't provide a resolution. Despite being transferred back and forth, the collection agency still had no record of my account. When I requested a corporate number or employee ID from Ieshia, she was unable to provide them. I just want to resolve this issue and pay my account, but it seems complicated and unresolved.

Unfortunately, Sparkletts has been unable to keep their appointment to collect my parents' equipment and empty bottles following their passing. This has been ongoing for several months, and despite assurances from the driver to call before the exchange, no communication has been made. I have reached out three times within the past two weeks, including twice today. What was initially a morning appointment turned into a vague "between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m." timeframe, and I was even rescheduled without prior notice when I called around 4 p.m.

I was promised a delivery that did not arrive. I have called the customer service department more than six times to try to speak with a manager or obtain a corporate telephone or email contact, but none of the representatives could provide me with the information or resolve my issue. I am considering canceling my contract with the company. I am disappointed with the level of customer service as I have been put on hold for extended periods, salespeople have been rude, and the issue remains unresolved.

I am unhappy with Sparkletts' recent water delivery service. Despite placing an extra order, it was not delivered on the scheduled day. Even after placing another order the following day, they failed to deliver as promised and could not locate the order. Attempts to escalate the issue to a supervisor were futile, and their excuses were unsatisfactory. Making changes to an order after 3:00 PM Eastern Time seems unreasonable for customers in California. This experience has been disappointing, and I am considering switching to a different water delivery service.

I have been facing issues trying to contact Sparkletts for water delivery. Two weeks ago, my water wasn't delivered until three days later, when they finally sent an Uber to drop it off. Today, on June 17, [redacted], which is my scheduled delivery day, I am unsure if they will be coming. I am already out of water and would appreciate a notification if they are unable to deliver today. While I do receive a call a day before the service day, it would be helpful if they could also notify me if they cannot make the delivery. Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to share my sincere experience with Yelp about Sparkletts. As someone who manages deliveries for my company, I feel compelled to caution others. Unfortunately, Sparkletts has been nothing but difficult to deal with. Despite promising quality service, they consistently fail to answer calls, leaving me waiting on hold for at least 45 minutes each time. This has been ongoing for the entire year I've been in charge of this task. I am currently trying to reach customer service to cancel our account due to these issues. I want to emphasize to potential customers that my experience is not an isolated incident but a pattern of poor service. Please consider this before choosing Sparkletts for your needs - you may face similar challenges and regret not heeding this warning. Avoid Sparkletts at all costs.

I have been trying to contact customer service through phone and the website drink.water.com, but have had no success. The water bottles I receive seem to be very old and the water tastes unpleasant. I have repeatedly requested to receive the latest bottles with dark blue handles but have not received them. Paying nearly $18 per month for one five-gallon bottle should at least guarantee fresh water. The inability to reach a representative after spending hours on hold daily is frustrating. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my subscription. Please retrieve the recently delivered old water bottle. Thank you.

My experience with Sparkletts customer service has been terrible. I stopped receiving deliveries in May without any notice. Whenever I call, I'm put on hold for over an hour, and they make empty promises about the next day or a week later. I've canceled my service and switched to Arrowhead, but Sparkletts hasn't picked up their equipment. Nine bottles and a dispenser have been sitting on my porch for a month and a half, causing issues with my Homeowners Association. I need to dispose of these items - can I take them to the dump?

The water.com/myaccount system for managing your Sparkletts account is not functioning. I would like to contact a customer service representative at Sparkletts water to receive credit for my most recent delivery. Despite relying on the online system due to difficulty reaching anyone through the customer care line, the driver continues to deliver bottled water to our office. I am determined to resolve this issue and be credited for the recent delivery. I am frustrated with the extensive hold times when calling customer service, as no one has answered my calls, even when attempting before 9am. This situation must be addressed to improve the online system and call center operations to provide more efficient assistance.

I submitted this to Sparkletts Water through their website contact: Hello, I attempted to cancel my order three times by phone, enduring over 50 minutes on hold each time. Despite the form stating it's not for cancellations, the self-serve website and phone calls have made it impossible. I have no other means to cancel the service than through this form. Consider this my official cancellation notice. I scheduled my first delivery for last Monday (7/19/21), but no one arrived. I noticed you rescheduled it for today (7/26/21), but by nearly 5pm, no delivery has been made. Although the delivery mishaps are not the main reason for my cancellation, I have found a water filtration system in my new home, further prompting my decision. Sparkletts Water once held a stellar reputation...what led to the change?

I need urgent assistance with my account. It should have been reinstated, but it's still suspended, and I'm facing a disaster situation without water.
