Hello, I recently became a new tenant at flat 96, Clydesdale Tower, B1 1UQ. My flat currently uses a pay-as-you-go top-up system, but I believe I am being overcharged as I have to top up every two days despite only living with my partner. We moved in on October 20, [redacted], and I have already spent over £[redacted] in the past two weeks. My account number is [redacted]. I would prefer to switch to a monthly payment plan, but my landlord insists on the pay-as-you-go method. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could help me determine if we have been overcharged and if a refund is possible. I am the owner of 10 Moor Hall St, Preston, PR1 7XL. After my tenants left on November 5th, the property is now empty. I've been informed by the agents that your company supplied gas and electricity to the premises. I received a text message directing me to set up an account online. However, I am unable to do so as I have not been provided with an account number and have not received any paperwork by mail. Since I reside nearly [redacted] miles away at Wedge Meadow, Far Longdon, Shipston on Stour, Warks, CV36 4PL, could you please email me the account details and current tariffs? Thank you, Dr A Gray.

I had unexpected visitors to my property today claiming they had a warrant to replace the meters, but they did not show it to me. They said they were from Gentoo, however, Gentoo confirmed they cannot proceed without their consent. I do not have gas with Spark and never have, I am with SSE. I would appreciate a callback to discuss this situation. Thank you.

I would like to cancel my account as I am still being billed over $[redacted] a month. I feel like I could be saving that money by paying my PG&E gas bill instead since I don't use much gas in the spring and summer months. I am aware that I am within the 30-day period to cancel without incurring a cancellation fee if I cancel today. Last month, I spoke with a representative regarding being charged a higher rate, and I was informed it was because I didn't renew my contract. However, I never received notice to renew as it was sent to my house, not my PO box. I signed up with the understanding that notices would not be delivered to my house as the PO doesn't deliver there. I agreed to renew my contract based on promises of a $50 Visa gift card and other perks, which I have yet to receive. I am very dissatisfied with the service and would like to officially cancel my account as of today, February 21, [redacted].
