I have been a loyal customer of space.nk for a few years, and lately, I have noticed a decline in customer service. During my recent visit to the store, I requested a sample of Aqua Di Parma Oud to try before purchasing it. In the past, I received samples when buying fragrances from your store, but this time I was informed that samples are no longer available to take away. The way this was communicated to me was disrespectful, which I found disappointing and unacceptable. Given the high price of the fragrance, I believe it's important to be able to sample it before making a purchase. If the policy regarding samples has indeed changed, I may need to consider shopping elsewhere where customer preferences are valued. Please clarify if space.nk no longer provides samples to customers. If this is the case, I would like to opt out of the loyalty points program and marketing communications. Thank you.

Hello, I am looking for an update on my order (WS[redacted]5) that was shipped on May 21. The latest tracking information is from May 25, indicating the package was en route to the destination country. I refrained from reaching out to customer service over the Memorial Day holiday, but now I am worried as there has been no customs update on the tracking. I attempted to use the Space NK chat feature but found it unhelpful, as it directed me to articles on the website.
