I have contacted customer service four times for support but unfortunately, the issue persists. I am the primary subscriber for SL with two gift subscriptions. One is for Courtney P. at [redacted] Archer Road, Winston Salem, NC [redacted], and the other is for Chelsy P. at [redacted] Country Club Road, Mount Airy, NC [redacted]. My subscription should be sent to the PO Box [redacted] in Mount Airy, NC [redacted], but all three are being sent to the [redacted] Archer address. This mix-up occurred back in April when I asked for Courtney P.'s subscription to be redirected from the PO Box to the Archer Road address. Presently, Courtney receives all three magazines, while Chelsy and I do not receive any. I am frustrated with the unsuccessful attempts to rectify this with your customer service team, who seem to be having difficulty understanding and resolving the issue. I urge you to address and resolve this promptly to ensure that all recipients receive their subscriptions. Missing the June issue has been disappointing. After 40 years of faithful subscription, I trust that this confusion will be promptly resolved so that we can all enjoy our magazines.

Since June of this year, my Southern Living magazine subscription has ceased without receiving this month's issue. Despite contacting customer service twice, the June issue wasn't received until the 29th. Now, as of July 8th, I am still missing the current issue after three unanswered emails to customer service. As Sandra M. ODell with SL # [redacted], my subscription expires in August [redacted]. I kindly request a Southern Living representative to investigate and communicate the resolution for the interruption in my magazine delivery.

Regarding the renewal of my subscription to Southern Living through SouthernLiving.com/gifts: I encountered issues when attempting to renew on your website. The site did not accept the street address provided for the free subscription or my regular credit card details. An error message stated, "The Pay Type you selected is not valid for your region." I am hesitant to try again. Does this mean I will be unable to renew my subscription?

I sent a check for my order a while back, anticipating receiving it before Christmas. Unfortunately, it's almost the holidays, and I haven't received the magazine or the additional gifts promised. Despite being a long-time customer with a subscription history from the 80s, I eventually decided to cancel my subscription due to a decline in the quality of recipes and content in the magazine. However, I was open to giving it one more chance.

I was disappointed with an article in a [redacted] issue of Southern Living that featured what appeared to be a member of a same-sex couple. I prefer to support companies that do not openly promote non-traditional lifestyles. The magazine has also focused excessively on alcohol and its content has become less appealing to me over the years. The gardening articles often feature plants unsuitable for the South, and some recipes are impractical. I would like to know when my subscription will end and if it is set up for auto-renewal to cancel it if necessary. Thank you, Brenda H. from Spanish Fort, AL.

I recently spoke with a Customer Service representative, and believe we have resolved the issue. My Southern Living subscription, initially set to end in July [redacted], was mistakenly canceled as of July [redacted]. An extension payment was made on March 11, [redacted], with check # [redacted], confirming a one-year extension through July [redacted]. The renewal advisory had tracking code [redacted], received from Southern Living at [redacted] Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham, AL [redacted]. The agent mentioned extending my subscription and sending the August [redacted] issue, which I did not receive. I was informed the subscription now runs through August [redacted], but I seek confirmation. My details are as follows: Celeste Nettles, residing at [redacted] Camden Lake Dr, Acworth, GA [redacted]. I lack a subscription number since my magazines arrive without mailing stickers. They usually come in a plastic mailer I discard. I kindly request verification of my current subscription status for Southern Living and assurance of receiving the August [redacted] issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased Southern Living Magazine as a gift for my daughter-in-law, K. Langston, in July. I also renewed my subscription that same month. However, she is receiving both magazines, while I haven't received any since my last issue in August. She has received duplicates of the September, October, and now November issues. I have the canceled check from my renewal that was cashed on August 6th. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you, V. Langston.

I am receiving bills from different sources for my Southern Living subscriptions, both for myself and two gift subscriptions. I am unsure of the breakdown of these charges. On December 13, [redacted], I paid $59.95 to SL, and yesterday I received another bill for $25.44. Without knowing what exactly I am being charged for each subscription, I may have to consider canceling my subscription. I have been a loyal reader of Southern Living since its inception, and it would mean a lot if someone could assist me in clarifying the billing details. Thank you for your help. Mary H. Waldron.

I have reached out before about this issue, but I am following up again. On January 20, I discussed the matter of two payments I made for the same subscription. On November 9, check # [redacted] was charged from my account for $36. I then received another renewal notice, and I sent another $36 check, which cleared on December 16. In our January chat, I requested a refund of $36 for the duplicate payment. Despite giving a positive review of the chat, I never received acknowledgment or the refund. Please process the $36 refund promptly as discussed in our previous communication. Thank you. - F.D. PO Box [redacted], [redacted] Bunting Drive, Buck Hill Falls, PA [redacted]

I received a notice that my subscription was expiring. I chose not to renew it by not making a payment. I did not want my subscription to automatically renew without payment. I do not want to continue receiving Southern Living or have any outstanding balance. I hope you can assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I have been receiving Southern Living magazine at my address, even though I did not sign up for it. Today, I got a letter asking me to renew the subscription for another year. Initially, I thought it was a free service from Southern Living, but I realize now that my personal information was used without my permission to subscribe me. I want to clarify that I have never authorized anyone to use my details for this magazine subscription. I don't wish for any further actions to be taken using my personal information. Thank you. Account number: [redacted] I.J. I recently received the SL Quick and Easy Cookbook in the mail. Initially, I thought it was a gift from a friend, but then I received a bill for $49.93 due by 9/10/23. I did not place an order for this cookbook, which is priced at $34.96 in the U.S. according to the back of the book. I am unsure if the $49.93 includes a subscription, but I did not sign up for a magazine subscription. Despite liking the cookbook, I do not wish to reorder the magazine right now. I am willing to return the cookbook, please provide information on where to send it. Your prompt response is appreciated.

I have contacted your customer service multiple times to request the cessation of your excessive email correspondence. I am overwhelmed by the sheer volume of emails I receive daily from S. L. - approximately 6 emails each day. Despite unsubscribing at the conclusion of your emails and calling customer service multiple times, the emails have not ceased. I want to emphasize that I do not wish to receive any further emails. Please discontinue any future email communication immediately. My email address is [redacted] Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
