I bought a Sony Vaio All-in-One Tablet in [redacted] and began experiencing issues at the end of [redacted] due to endless Windows updates. I reached out to Sony on May 24, [redacted], and was directed to their offshore "Premium" technical support based in the Philippines. After paying $69.99, I was connected to technical support who were unfamiliar with Vaio products. I requested a refund shortly after the purchase but was informed it could take up to two weeks, which seems unreasonable. As of June 12, I am still waiting for the refund. The offshore support team mentioned they are not involved in the refund process. How can I proceed to receive my refund now?

While playing Warzone, I experienced severe lagging issues, resulting in teleporting across the game. Concerned, I ran a Speedtest and confirmed slow internet speeds. In an attempt to resolve this, I unplugged my router, including the LAN cable connected to my PS4, waited for a minute, and plugged it back in. Despite giving it time to reboot, the internet speed remained consistently low at around 10.1 Mbps, occasionally dropping to 8 or 7 Mbps. After restarting the router and observing no improvement, I tried again after 30 minutes, and the speed briefly increased to 60 Mbps before dropping back down to 10 Mbps. Even after changing DNS servers, I continue to face connectivity issues while gaming with my friends.

I have been using Windows 10 on my laptop for over 2 years without any issues. However, recently when I turn on my laptop, it displays the logo and then a "_" at the top left corner of the screen before going black with a faint light indicating it's still powered on. I have tried pressing the assist button, which temporarily fixes it, but the issue persists. I attempted to troubleshoot and even factory reset the laptop, but it shows an error "Operating system not found." The screen seems undamaged as it works fine in "assist" mode, and the hard drive is recognized in the BIOS setup. I tried changing the boot system and other settings to no avail. Restarting the laptop repeats the same problem. I have also removed the battery with no success in resolving the issue.
