I am interested in understanding how SMS texts sent to my Sonetel number can be forwarded to another number in the USA. I'd like to know if this service is possible and how much it would cost me if a text is successfully forwarded. Although I don't anticipate many forwarded texts, maybe just a couple a month, it would be helpful to be prepared. Could you please provide me with clear steps via email on how to set up this forwarding feature?
Additionally, I have paid for this number for one year, but it seems that the money I paid is sitting in my wallet as extra cash rather than being utilized for the service I intended. I would appreciate it if you could explain this situation to me.
