I am having trouble deactivating my account. I've attempted to do it twice online by clicking on the deactivation link sent via email, but after clicking on the link, there are no further instructions to follow. As a result, my account is still active. I would appreciate guidance on how to successfully deactivate my account. Thank you.

Hello, I have previously reached out to SolutionIN regarding the recurring monthly charges on my credit card but did not receive a response. I stopped using SolutionIN in [redacted], and recently noticed these charges appearing on my monthly statements. Specifically, I was charged USD$9.99 and USD$0.79 on November 23, [redacted]. Additionally, on December 22, [redacted], I was charged USD$14.99, followed by another USD$14.99 charge on January 21, [redacted]. Since I left school in November [redacted], I revisited my SolutionIN account to find that I had already unsubscribed. It is confusing to me why I am still being charged monthly. I am requesting a refund of USD$40.76 for the charges on my account, as I have not utilized SolutionIN for quite some time. I have already taken steps to stop the payments through my PayPal account. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.

I don't remember opening an account with you, but I was charged on 3/7/[redacted]. I would like a refund and for my account linked to my credit card to be canceled. I recently had surgery and am struggling financially. The amount charged, **.**, may not be much in normal circumstances, but it's significant for me right now. Hello, I recently trialed SolutionInn for 7 days but found it ineffective. I would like to cancel my membership as I was charged for a month despite my dissatisfaction. Upon attempting to cancel, the system prompted me to pay for a pending book without my consent. I am kindly requesting a full refund and the complete cancellation of my subscription.
