I work part-time at Sodexo in Elizabethtown, PA but have been given full-time hours. Recently, my boss, Charlene Triest, hasn't taken action against a former co-worker who has been consistently missing shifts without notice. On 5/30/[redacted], during my half-hour break, Charlene accused me of walking out on my shift prematurely, which I did not do. When I confronted her about the lack of consequences for the other employee, she warned me that she would fire me immediately if I were to abandon my job. Despite my concerns, Charlene insisted on dropping the subject and stated she would no longer tolerate such behavior.

I work at Mountain View Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada as a Sodexo employee. I believe that my operations manager shows favoritism towards Spanish employees and discriminates against us African American staff. When job openings arise, they are not posted openly, and it seems like they are only giving opportunities to Spanish employees. African American employees like myself struggle to get approved for requested time off. I experienced being denied time off for August despite requesting it in April. Furthermore, derogatory comments have been made towards me, such as being called "colored" by a manager named Lillia, who expressed stereotypes about African American workers. Other African American colleagues share similar concerns about biased treatment. I truly enjoy my job, but I hope for a positive change in the workplace environment where racial discrimination by managers is not tolerated.

I arrived at work for my 1:30 shift. I was the only one handling the register, cooking, and making the new Starbucks line of drinks. By 2 pm, I had 10 tickets in the kitchen and 10 customers waiting in line that I couldn't attend to. I asked the new manager, Robert, for help, but he took a long time to cook the orders. When I brought up the issue of understaffing, Robert rudely told me to leave. Feeling mistreated, I followed his directive and left. I have been a dedicated employee for 5 years and have been working without food or rest breaks for months due to staffing shortages. Despite other Sodexo employees getting breaks, we at [redacted] Grill were denied. I work 10-hour shifts daily and believe this violates labor laws. I feel unfairly dismissed and my brother, a lawyer, will be getting involved. I am James E. from St. Mary's University in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Dear Sir, I am Anil Das, a former employee at your company in Jharsuguda from [redacted] to [redacted]. I am currently trying to make an EPFO withdrawal, but my date of exit has not been updated. Despite my attempts to do so through the online member portal on the EPFO website, I have received a message stating that it is not possible due to no contributions being received. I have made multiple claims, all of which have been rejected because my last three months' salary is not showing in the ledger book. As a person facing financial difficulties, I am now at home engaging in cultivation. Unfortunately, my daughter was in a bike accident four days ago and is currently receiving medical treatment as her condition is critical. I kindly request your assistance in depositing my last three months' contributions from my UAN account and resolving the issue with my date of exit.

I am an Accenture employee and have been facing login issues with the app for the past 2 months. Despite multiple resets by customer service, the problem persists. After initially setting a password, the app stops accepting it after a few hours. I reach out to customer care each time, but the problem reoccurs. I am seeking a permanent solution to resolve this issue and ensure uninterrupted access to the app.

I became a new customer in January [redacted]. After activating my card, I tried to download the Sodexo app on my mobile phone. When prompted for a password, I entered it and then set a 4-digit PIN for the app. However, when I tried to use my card at a shop, my PIN was not accepted, and I received a message that my PIN was blocked. The app asked me to change my PIN, but I kept facing the same issue repeatedly. It seems my card is not working, and I am unable to make any purchases with it. I realize now that I mistakenly set a different 4-digit number instead of using the one provided by Sodexo for transactions. It has been two months, and I need help resolving this issue and being able to use my card.

Hello team, I have my virtual meal pass card but would like to receive a physical/hard meal pass card. I attempted to update my address details on both the Zeta Sodexo app and the web portal zetaapp.in but encountered an error message stating "something went wrong & Retry later." Can you assist me in delivering my physical meal pass card to my permanent home address at D.No 1-8 Challavari Street, Vemulapalli opposite to Manikanta stores, Dwarapudi, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry, PIN code [redacted], Andhra Pradesh?

Hello, I lost my sim card which was linked to my Sodexo account. The app unexpectedly logged me out and now requires me to sign in manually, whereas I used to be automatically logged in. I was able to sign in successfully earlier but then encountered issues and got logged out. I cannot recall my password and am attempting to reset it; however, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account and an OTP is needed. My email address associated with my Sodexo account is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance! I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I had an interview scheduled for Thursday, August 3rd at 3 pm with Mr. Daniel Estrello, but no one contacted me. Despite leaving a message on the Chic-A-Fil office phone with my name and contact number at 3:11 pm on August 3, [redacted], I did not receive a return call. Similarly, a co-worker who was promised another interview for a Manager position over the food areas never had anyone available when she arrived. Despite being told she had the best qualifications for the job by Mr. Daniel Estrello, when she went for the interview on August 1, [redacted], he acted as if he didn't recognize her and said the position was filled. After being promised a call about another position available, he failed to follow through.
