I had a disappointing experience today at Smoothie King in Fort Collins, CO. The manager was very rude to me, which has happened in the past. I tried to ignore it but decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, today my drink tasted different, and when I asked to have it corrected, the manager was extremely rude. I felt embarrassed and upset by the way she treated me, especially with other customers around. I hope sharing this feedback will help improve their customer service for others who may make a mistake in the future. The incident really affected my day, and I don't plan to return to that specific store ([redacted]). As a shy person, I found the whole situation difficult to handle.

I recently worked at the [redacted] store location in Cedar Hill, TX as an assistant manager. I had to be absent due to unexpected events and had a friend contact the store manager, Niesha, who initially expressed concern. After explaining my situation to her via text, I did not receive any further communication. Despite my attempts to reach out via calls and texts, I did not receive any updates on my employment status. I reached out to the Franchise owner, Crystal, to inquire about my job status and was informed without an explanation that I was no longer employed by Smoothie King. This lack of professionalism is concerning, especially considering my dedication and punctuality at work, despite working in understaffed conditions and having to adjust to inflexible shifts. I was only informed of my termination when I contacted Crystal, and I also did not receive my last week's tips. Please feel free to reach me via email to discuss this matter further.

On 12/03/[redacted], at Smoothie King #[redacted], I had order ID AAAXMKG8ACEA. I ordered a vanilla Hulk and a Blueberry Heaven. After paying and waiting for my order, I was called by the manager Nyesha. Only one smoothie was ready, so I waited for the second one. When a smoothie was placed on the counter, the manager insisted it wasn't mine, despite calling my name earlier. After a brief exchange, I felt unfairly treated by the manager's behavior as she asked me to leave. This unexpected confrontation left me unsettled as I have never encountered such unprofessionalism at Smoothie King. I hope this incident can be looked into, as it was a distressing experience that I believe should not have happened. I will not be revisiting this location due to this unfortunate interaction.

I ordered a Daily Warrior with no sweetener and vegan protein at the Oakley location in Cincinnati, Ohio's drive-thru. Unfortunately, the order was not understood correctly at the speaker, leading to confusion. After several attempts to clarify my order, a shake was made incorrectly in the wrong size. Even after the shake was remade, it still tasted wrong. Upon inquiring inside, I discovered that the vegan protein was not added, prompting them to remix the shake improperly. As someone with severe food allergies, I am disappointed that my order was mishandled, possibly leading to an allergic reaction due to the unknown ingredient added. Despite being a regular customer who knows the taste well, I had to discard the drink because of this. It seemed unnecessary to return inside for corrections. Given the importance of food allergy awareness, especially on the menu, I hope this issue is addressed promptly. I kindly request a refund. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I have attempted to order a snickerdoodle smoothie multiple times at the drive-thru. They informed me that I can only order it online since they are unfamiliar with the recipe. However, I prefer not to order online and usually visit in person weekly. I am disappointed that I cannot order smoothies not on the drive-thru menu but available online directly at the drive-thru. I wish to have access to the diverse options shown online without the need to place an online order. If the items listed online are not available for in-store purchase, I believe this restricts customer options and contradicts your advertising.
